The house is in a good location, is spacious, nice and kept clean. However, wear and tear from use is noticeable, and there are maintenance issues that require attention, such as sliding doors and blinds, some of which are broken. The rooms on the ground floor do not have A/C and in hot weather they are very hot and humid. The kitchen also needs improvement: the utensils are old and worn out, there are chipped dishes, and there are not enough dishes or glasses for the capacity of the house. Finally, although the staff was friendly, the service was below our expectations: there was a lack of punctuality and little initiative to be attentive or helpful. On a property of this level, we expected more proactive service. The house has a lot of potential, but it needs more attention to maintenance, equipment, and service to offer the experience one expects.

An excellent place for a family weekend. All the house staff are very friendly and discreet. The pool is incredible. It's a great place to relax and rest.

We loved the house and the service. They were really super attentive! Citlali and Miguel are also super friendly and always willing to help. We're definitely going back! We hired the food service and that made us enjoy it much more. It was delicious and the stay was super enjoyable! Thank you for everything!

Arturo, Citlali and Miguel are the right people, in charge of making your stay super enjoyable. They supported me at all times and helped me with every little detail. Needless to say, the house is a paradise where you can have a super comfortable time with your family. We will definitely return.

Although the property looks very nice in the photos, in person it has several significant maintenance and cleaning issues. During the entire stay, there were lots of ants on beds and in armchairs inside the house. They even walked on us while we were sitting. We also found a cockroach in the master bathroom. The refrigerator wasn't working, we ran out of water for a while on Saturday, and the main room is very hot because it doesn't have air conditioning. In addition, the house shows quite a bit of wear and tear: moisture, damaged furniture, low-quality towels and bedding, and the main sofa was very dirty under the cushions. The stay did feel quite rushed due to the number of inconveniences. That said, Arturo was always very friendly, attentive and tried to resolve everything.
