My wife and I stayed here for a small getaway. We chose this place because of the view, and it did not disappoint. It's on the 8th floor and has a great view of downtown and the marina. The host was able to get us a ride from the airport and was very responsive when we had any questions. The security and staff were friendly and the residence is in a walking distance to restaurants and the marina. We did Uber back to the residence a couple of times because it is a steep hill so be mindful of that. We enjoyed staying here and will come back again when we're able to.

Beautiful place, the view alone is worth the stay the location is perfect, you can walk to all the stores and restaurants within 5 mins, it was clean and pictures are 100 percent accurate. I would definitely recommend staying here not one complaint on my end

This Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. Breathtaking views, walking distance to everywhere. The host was also very responsive and nice! If you’re looking to go to Cabo you’ll definitely want to stay here! Will definitely be back!

I’ve stayed in this building multiple times now, and each visit has been absolutely amazing! The unit is incredibly spacious and roomy, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The views are truly breathtaking—whether you’re relaxing inside or out on the balcony, it’s hard to beat. The building’s pool is lovely and well-maintained, and the hot tub is a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Location-wise, it’s a game-changer: super easy to walk to downtown, with tons of great restaurants, shops, and things to do right nearby. I will definitely be returning—highly recommend this place!

The unit has a gorgeous view of Cabo, but that's about the only positive. Overall , we had a very bad experience . The elevator was broken when we arrived, so we had to carry our suitcases up 8 flights of stairs. It remained broken for half of our stay and we had to hike 8 flights of stairs any time we left, which significantly impacted the trip. Despite someone in our party being disabled and having trouble with stairs, the owner waited two days to offer us other accommodations, and only after we said we would be leaving to find somewhere else to stay. They moved us to a cheaper, worse unit lower in the building and didn't offer any compensation for our inconvenience or even the price difference between the units. Other negatives: The pool was freezing, the building has tons of rules with steep fines, the building is on a steep hill so the walk back is tough, during our entire stay the only fresh food in the building "cafe" was a single sandwich in the cooler.

The highlights: spacious unit, responsive host, full time security, easy to catch uber, walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants, beautiful balcony views, has useful kitchen appliances (e.g., coffee maker, small toaster oven, electric water kettle) Things to know: pool is on 4th floor (8 total floors), so by ~1pm the pool area does not get sun (sun is behind building), lots of rules (a whole book, with potential fines for not following), quiet time after 11pm, no guests allowed

We had an incredible stay at this Cabo condo! The 2-bedroom layout was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a large master bathroom that felt like a spa. The private balcony overlooked the marina and bay — the views were absolutely breathtaking. Mornings with coffee watching the boats come in and evenings soaking in the hot tub under the stars were pure perfection. The pool and fire pit area were quiet, clean, and peaceful, creating a private resort feel. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from restaurants, shops, and the marina, yet tucked away enough to feel calm and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out.

Montemar at Cabo was a fantastic property. We felt very safe with the 24/7 security and enjoyed each of the amenities the property had to offer. For the most part, it is a quiet place to relax and offers great views whilst being nestled in the hills. The entire condo is spacious and clean and could easily suit 4 guests with the 2 king beds.
