Villa Montelimar is a distinctive Nicaraguan beachfront retreat located one hour from Managua, with convenient access from the main roads. The property offers a beautiful coastal setting, spectacular sunsets, and private access to the beach.

Guest Access
The property is easy to reach via a well-paved main highway. Before entering Masachapa, turn right at the fork toward Montelimar Hotel. The property is located on the left, approximately 300 meters before the hotel entrance.
Guests have private access to the beach via the property's own stairs.
Energy Usage
The rental fee includes 30 kilowatt-hours of electricity per night. This allowance is generally sufficient to operate all three air-conditioning units for up to six hours per night at a moderately cool temperature.
This policy helps prevent excessive air-conditioning use throughout the day, keeps rental fees lower, and encourages responsible energy consumption.
The electricity meter is recorded upon arrival and departure. Any consumption exceeding 25 kilowatt-hours per night will be charged at US$1.00 per additional kilowatt-hour.
Within 24 hours of checkout, the host will submit a payment request through Airbnb. Payment must be completed within 72 hours, as directed by Airbnb. Guests are encouraged to monitor this message and pay promptly to maintain a good record.

Jenny fue súper amable, llegamos un poco mas temprano y nos permitió un early check in, también nos dejó salir un poco mas tarde. Siempre fue amable y contestaba muy rápido los mensajes. El jardín de la casa es un espectáculo, todas las áreas limpias y todo en orden. El personal de servicio es excelente, Don Roberto nos recomendó donde comprar mariscos frescos en el acopio y Doña Nelly los cocinó! Todo quedó divino. Muchas gracias a Jenny por compartir su casa con nosotros!

La casa de Jenny es amplia y cuenta con corredores cómodos, la piscina y el jardín son muy agradables y están en buenas condiciones. Jenny es muy amable y siempre está disponible para comunicarse, también Don Roberto (el cuidador) es muy servicial y siempre estuvo a disposición para ayudarnos. Sin embargo, la limpieza de la casa es bastante deficiente sobre todo en áreas como dormitorios, baños y cocina. Las camas y los estantes de los armarios estaban cubiertos de polvo, en mi caso que viajo con mi bebé tuve que limpiar con toallas húmedas todas las superficies al llegar. Las duchas de los baños e inodoros se miraban sucios también, lo mismo con los gabinetes de la cocina y todos los utensilios que estaban dentro de ellos, estaban polvosos y llenos de grasa. En la descripción, incluye una persona de servicio para apoyar con la cocina y la limpieza durante la estancia, sin embargo la persona no se mostró disponible para apoyar más que una sola ocasión.

Nuestra estancia en Villa Montelimar fue excelente!! la casa es muy cómoda , cuenta con diferentes ambiente para el esparcimiento de toda la familia, la limpieza es íntegra y las personas que asisten en la casa son muy amables y respetuosas . El parque del condominio es un lugar muy agradable para juegos o simplemente para una caminata relajada y la seguridad es inmejorable. Disfrutamos mucho en Villa Montelimar, la recomiendo ampliamente!!

The place was great, close to restaurant, with pool and on the beach. I will rent there again with a large group. Only thing care taker tend to hover a bit but it's a hit or miss if you like that level of attention (we didn't).

Un lugar muy acogedor, lo disfrutamos en familia. Muy espacioso, buena ubicación y las dos personas encargadas de la casa muy amables y cooperadoras. Gracias por permitirnos tener un fin de semana relajante.
