The Space
This recently remodeled vacation home features a private pool, jacuzzi, and garden. It is situated within the gated community of Ventanas Residences, located uphill and offering panoramic views of Cabo.
The home is fully equipped and ready for your stay, including:

Guests are welcome to use the clubhouse facilities, which include two outdoor pools, jacuzzis, outdoor fireplaces, a TV room, fitness centers, and a kids’ area.
Additional Information
- The pool and jacuzzi are heated only during the winter months; during the rest of the year, the water temperature is temperate.
- There is ongoing construction nearby, which may cause noise from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Excelente ubicación; sin embargo, la casa carecía de mantenimiento en general, mobiliario en malas condiciones. Cuando llegamos no estaba limpia la alberca y las recamaras no estaban hechas, al igual que las toallas nos las llevaron 3 horas después de que accesamos. El anfitrión tardo mucho en contestar los mensajes previos a nuestra llegada y la ubicación que viene en la plataforma no era, puesto que tardamos en dar con la dirección

Súper linda! Esta muy bien ubicada, la casa es sencillamente preciosa y muy limpia, aparte nos dejaron el detalle de unas bebidas en la heladera que fue un detalle súper bonito.

Amazing home for the price! I needed a home with a private pool and for the price it was the best home. I was so surprised the pool is heated at night almost feels like a big jacuzzi! Home was clean and has modern TVs and ACs. Would definitely stay again. I’ve stayed at a property managed by Patricia management before and it’s always great. They treat you well and always available for you.

Place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Gated place with all the amenities and they are a phone call away from anything you need. Pool was chill and private. Cool place to kick it for a few days and relax

The listing had inaccuracies about the community amenities available. The pools are not heated and the hot tubs are not turned on. The stove is terrible and does not work without a lighter. The beds are uncomfortable and the place does have an ant problem. Also, the workers will harass you for the smallest things. The house itself was clean and in a nice area, but I wouldn't stay here again.
