Casa del Encuentro es una propiedad privada que cuenta con:

- Una amplia piscina infinita
- Un patio al aire libre
- Hermosas vistas del atardecer
La villa completa está incluida en esta publicación. El primer piso de la casa principal ofrece un espacio cómodo para reunirse con todo el grupo, con un amplio patio donde pueden relajarse antes de retirarse a sus casitas y habitaciones privadas.
El mobiliario es de fabricación local e incluye estructuras de cama, mesas, sofás y más, elaborados con madera de Guanacaste y teca de origen natural.
Desde el patio privado, disfrute de amplias vistas de la costa, las montañas y el océano, incluyendo las rocas distintivas de Las Catalinas y Playa Zapotal. Es común escuchar monos aulladores por las mañanas.
Ubicación y actividades
La propiedad se encuentra a 10–15 minutos en automóvil de varias de las mejores playas, cafeterías y bares.
Los amantes de las actividades al aire libre tienen acceso directo a la extensa red de más de 50 kilómetros de senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta de Las Catalinas. Una entrada conveniente a los senderos se encuentra a solo cinco minutos, en la montaña. Explore la belleza natural y la diversa vida silvestre de Costa Rica antes de regresar a su refugio privado.
Hay recomendaciones personalizadas disponibles sobre playas privadas vírgenes y menos turísticas, así como excelentes restaurantes locales, para que pueda experimentar el encanto auténtico de Costa Rica.
Cómo llegar
Se recomienda encarecidamente contar con un automóvil, ya que el servicio de Uber no es confiable en esta zona.
La propiedad es fácil de ubicar usando Google Maps. Para llegar a la villa, deberá recorrer una corta aventura “pura vida” por un camino de montaña de 3 kilómetros, parcialmente sin pavimentar. Se recomienda un vehículo con tracción en las cuatro ruedas, aunque no es indispensable. El trayecto toma menos de 10 minutos, y es de esperar encontrar algunos baches como parte del recorrido hacia este refugio apartado.
Información importante
Hay desniveles pronunciados alrededor de la propiedad, ya que está ubicada en una montaña. El entorno puede no ser adecuado para niños pequeños.

Everything was perfect, the house, kitchen equipment, the pool and the beautiful views! Beds were really comfy. The only thing to note is that, the ride up to the villa can be a bit rocky so be prepared. Overall I would 100% recommend this place!

The view is quite impressive. All photos of the place are accurate. It was my brother's wife's first time in Costa Rica and she was fascinated. I would definitely go back.

Our best experience on Airbnb! Watching the sun set over the ocean was magical. We loved having the privacy and peaceful setting while still being only about 10 minutes from town. The property is modern, stylish, and very tastefully designed. It’s also perfect for groups since everyone can have their own space and even their own kitchen. This has definitely become our new vacation spot, and we can’t wait to come back!

A very good place with an excellent view. Some details that should be improved, considering how new the house is. For example, I tried to use the broom and it broke in half. I sat on the chairs upstairs and they broke, which is why I fell. I lowered the blinds in the rooms of the main house and they were loose. Everything else was excellent.

Had a great stay at Michael’s place. Beautiful views and isolated at the top of the mountain. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. For a large group it would very convenient as there are separate private rooms and the main house has a great space to get together. Would highly recommend Michael’s place!

The property needs a bit of maintenance despite being relatively new. The hosts were nice and quick to respond. The house has a spectacular view!

Excellent place, beautiful. Every sunset from the pool and terrace is worth it. We were looking for a place to enjoy and relax, and we found it. Andrés was always attentive in responding to our questions. My family loved the place, and we will certainly consider coming back again.

I love how quick the host responds …so you’re never left to handle anything on your own. Views were breathtaking especially in the morning and when the sun sets. Beach is 7 minute ride
