Relax in the middle of Nature

Stefan and Astrid are so sweet and communicative. The house is beautiful and peaceful and the perfect spot to remember the beauty of life. We saw monkeys, toucans, hummingbirds, iguana and macaws from the pool area and saw beautiful sunsets in the evening. The nearby restaurants are delicious and have their own spectacular views. The power glitched in and out quickly one of the days and the TV remote wasn’t really working, but we didn’t care because we didn’t want to be distracted in such a lovely place anyway.

Amazing views! So beautiful. Great host! Very clean space! It was wonderful to see monkeys, macaws, parrots, iguanas, and other types of wildlife while sitting by the pool. Definitely bring a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Jaco is about 25min away. Really great restaurant 3min away.. Stephan will recommend it. Definitely recommend it!

The house has wonderful mountain and oceans views, along with some of the best sunset views in the area. The pool was a tranquil oasis. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

what can I say about our stay at eagles best. it was breathtaking. Even better than the pics can show. The pool is huge! I was expecting more of a "plunge" pool from the photos but it spans almost the length of the entire house. Kids loved it. The house is BEAUTIFUL. Surroundings unbelievable. We were greeted by so many macaws, toucans, monkeys, lizards! it was perfect. Stefan and Astrid were amazing. so incredibly helpful with the house and with booking and recommending such fun execursions. Our trip was right out of a fairy tale. Absolutely perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything more!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed coffee by the pool in the mornings. Saw several McCaws fly by. The home is so beautiful and we can’t say enough about the views! Make sure to check out the stars at night! Homeowners, Stefan and Astrid are wonderful and live very close to the home and are so helpful!

We highly recommend the Eagles Nest experience! The place is on the top of a mountain so understanding that one must travel up and down occasionally is important. We saw birds, monkeys and raccoons-and the sunset is world class. Stefan and Astrid met us to show us around when we arrived. The house is spotless, tile floors throughout and very comfortable.

This house was a dream. The views are even more beautiful than the photos and the pool was very large! 4x4 vehicle is definitely a must and the trip too and from Jaco can be a little daunting, but if you go slow, it’s plenty safe. Stefan was great and he even went through the trouble of booking some excursions for us. Overall it was an amazing stay!

Stefan was super responsive, and dealt with any issue without delay. Many good recommendations for area. The house was a perfect refuge, safe, clean, spectacular view. Privacy for different groups, if applicable. I have zero complaints. Everyone discusses the road to jaco. With a 4x4 vehicle, it’s completely manageable. (Note: we just had mild rain in the afternoons, road wasn’t muddy).

Wir haben unserer Mutter zu ihrem 80. Geburtstag einen Aufenthalt im Haus von Stefan und Astrid geschenkt. Sie und die gesamte Familie waren von der Lage und den architektonischen Besonderheiten des Hauses dermaßen begeistert, dass wir am liebsten dort geblieben wären. Das Haus ist hell, offen und modern. Durch seinen offenen Charakter bietet es viele Möglichkeiten, sich darin zu bewegen – verschiedene Aufenthaltsräume laden dazu ein, sich zurückzuziehen oder gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Wir haben uns dort sehr sicher und rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Pool ist groß genug, um täglich ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Der Ausblick aus fast dem gesamten Haus auf das Meer und die dicht bewaldeten Bergketten ist einfach atemberaubend. Drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Vollbad – ideal für drei naturliebende Paare, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Stefan und Astrid, tausend Dank! Ihr wart jederzeit bereit, alles zu tun, um unseren Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen. Wir kommen wieder.
