The Space

Azalea by Zamá Homes is a newly built boutique condominium (completed December 2021) featuring five apartments and one commercial space. Guests can unwind on the spacious rooftop, which offers a tranquil green view over Aldea Zamá. The rooftop amenities include:

• Dining table under a pergola, perfect for relaxing with a breeze

Guest Access

Guests will enjoy complete privacy in Villa Azalea, which is ideally located near various restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Everything in Aldea Zamá is within walking distance, and the beach is less than a 10-minute drive away.

• Street parking is available approximately 100 meters from the property.
• Concierge services are available to assist with airport transportation, bike/scooter/ATV rentals, tours, activities, and private chef arrangements (additional fees apply).

Additional Information

• This rental includes the entire building with all five units.
• Cleaning focuses on guest well-being and privacy.
• Housekeeping and maintenance staff care for the pool, private terraces, and green areas daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. These activities are coordinated with your concierge to minimize disruption.
• Cleaning inside the apartments is not included but can be arranged for an extra fee through the concierge. Housekeeping services can be declined if desired; however, daily pool cleaning is mandatory.
• Strict security protocols are followed during all maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• There is no elevator in the building.
• Parking is free but subject to availability and located 100 meters away.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace with windows closed; a $200 USD fine applies for violations.
• Please turn off air conditioning when leaving the apartments and keep doors and windows closed while AC is running.
• Loud noise and parties are not permitted, especially between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• For stays longer than seven days, guests are kindly asked to water the plants.
• For long-term stays (28 nights or more), electricity costs are not included and will be charged at 3.5 Mexican pesos per kilowatt-hour based on consumption.
• Hanging clothes to dry on terrace railings or windows is not allowed.
• There is no on-site laundry facility, but home laundry service is available for an additional fee based on the weight of clothes.
• A crib and high chair for babies can be provided at an additional cost of 100 Mexican pesos per night per item.
• An additional fee of $25 USD per person applies starting from the 10th guest.
• Pets are not allowed inside the condominium.
• Visiting hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a maximum of six visitors allowed at a time.
