10BR Condo in Tulum

This house was great for my friends and I. We really enjoyed how walkable the area was and indulged in the surrounding cafes and restaurants. They were always very responsive to any questions we had. The showers did not get very warm ever but regardless we had a great stay and would definitely book again!

Outside of it being hard to find initially we had a blast and it was everything we wanted.

My friends and I booked here for bachelor’s party, and we had a great time. There were plenty of restaurants/bars in walking distance of the home, and Alex helped make our stay incredibly easy and comfortable because of his great customer service!!! 10/10!!!

I recently stayed at this property to celebrate my 35th Birthday with family and had a mixed experience. Initially, the concierge was extremely slow to respond and used unprofessional language, which was quite disappointing. Its important to be more considerate and professional in your communication. However, everything turned around at check in when I met Alex. He was amazing and professional from the start. He recommended various activities and coordinated in-house massages that were incredibly relaxing. The property itself was beautiful and in a great location. Perfect for group travel. Alex truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Despite the rough start, thanks to Alex, I would still recommend this place and Alex is only reason I’m giving full 5 stars.

This Airbnb was really more amazing than we could have imagined! Each room was incredibly spacious and the suites had full kitchens! We loved the detail in the decoration and the unique furniture. The rooftop pool was incredibly beautiful, it’s great if you want sun or shade ;)

The Villa was very nice and worked well for our group of 8 which included 3 couples. Close to cafe, pharmacies and some restaurants. Concierge was always responsive whenever we needed help with something. They helped us arrange some of our transportation and it was seamless. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Chef Moti. He was referred to us by the Concierge and I must say EVERYTHING was delicious and the drinks were amazing. He prepared breakfast and dinner for us, and both were very delicious. The only note would add is bring face towels. The Villa only provides hand towels and bath towels.

Could not have asked for a better place for a bachelorette party for 20 girls!! This place was perfect being able to accommodate a large group. It was spacious enough where people had their own space yet communal where we could all gather together. They were always responsive from the second we booked the place and immediately there when we needed something on site. The place is beautiful and exactly like the photos! It was easy to walk to the local market or cafe to grab essentials and a quick bite. We felt extremely secure with the coded gate and coded locks on each unit. Highly recommend especially if you’re looking for a space for a large group!!

The condominium was amazing and fitting for my group. Each pair had there own apartment. We loved the rooftop pool and the area was very convenient and walkable to restaurant, grocery store and pharmacy.Paul and staff were so helpful with scheduling transportation for us which was always on time. We really enjoyed our stay and are planning to visit again soon.
