Large 2-bedroom/2 bathroom condo with private balcony, secluded pool and dedicated covered parking. Within 10 minute walk/bike ride to the beach and to local restaurants! High speed WiFi for work with a dedicated semi-private work space. Large kitchen with all basic necessities. A/C units in all rooms. Location is a beach lovers delight for activities to include horseback riding, snorkeling, estuary tours and other local tours. Onsite 24 hour security and grocery store. The space The homey condo is fully equipped with all the necessities and then some. See a beautiful sunset on the balcony while enjoying your evening drink or watch the sunrise while enjoying your CR coffee. Grab some groceries at the Super Junquillal on the lower level or if you don’t feel like cooking or head to one of the several local restaurants for local cuisines. Take a pool noodle and relax in the water surrounded by lush plants listening to the waterfall - keep your eye out for howler monkeys! There are only 7 condos in the building so you usually have the pool all to yourself. Each bedroom has oversized king beds with many pillows and firm comfortable mattresses. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space, fans, and private air conditioning. We can also arrange a maid service to come regularly during your stay. The condo comes with a covered parking spot right next to an outdoor shower for easy sand removal! The elevator is located near the parking spot with easy to use instructions posted. Other things to note Terra Pacifica in this area of Costa Rica is safe, however as with any location .... it pays to use common sense to when it comes to security and safety. There is all-night security guard and locked gates to aid in guest safety.

Nuestra experiencia fue espectacular, un majestuoso lugar, cuidan cada detalle para que se pueda tener un verdadero descanso. Habitaciones muy cómodas, zona de estar amplia y con todas comodidades, buena seguridad y parqueo bajo techo. Además la comunicación con Charlena siempre fue atenta y fluida. Sin duda pueden considerar este lugar como una gran opción para hospedarse.

Charlena es una excelente anfitriona, siempre estuvo pendiente de contestar nuestras inquietudes rápidamente, el apartamento es grande, confortable y bien equipado todo funcionaba de manera correcta. Sin duda volveremos.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay in Paraiso where we had so much space in this apartment, its huge. The communication was effective and swift. Lovely pool and fantastic beach where we have been fortunate to experience turtle hatching/release and in the night even some coming to shore to lay their eggs, how amazing is that ? The place has all you need and the kitchen is well furnished.

A very large condo in a beautiful building. Easy communication with the host. The place has a private security, a restaurant, and a grocery store downstairs. That was a plus for sure. Beaches close by but no restaurant strip, for those looking for a night life. The price was also worth it!

Super beau et très grand condo ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de deux semaines. Nous n’avions pas de voiture mais les plages (Junquillal et Blanca) n’étaient pas trop loin. La vie dans ce coin est si paisible et les Ticos y sont vraiment très gentils. Nous avons marché plusieurs fois jusqu’au petit village de Paraìso pour aller jouer au parc avec les enfants. L’épicerie en bas nous a bien dépannée malgré les prix un peu plus cher qu’ailleurs. Par contre, avoir su que c’était si petit, nous aurions fait une grosse épicerie avant d’arriver. L’autobus pour Santa Cruz passe juste en face de l’appartement alors nous avons été faire quelques courses pour compléter et cela a juste enrichi notre expérience ! Deux seuls bémols : la piscine n’est pas très bien entretenue et le condo est sur le bord de la route qui est quand même assez passante, ça peut être plus difficile pour les gens comme moi qui ont le sommeil très léger.

A very well appointed and comfortable place to stay while in paradise. Offering amenities and convenience with the facilities available on the ground floor (Mini Grocery Store and restaurant). Various options for restaurant dining within reasonable distance. Beaches close by and onsite pool are of great value.

This place is FANTASTIC!! I highly recommend a stay at Charlena's. The space is HUGE and beautiful! Very clean and well taken care. Plenty of space for everyone. Check-in was simple with all electronic locks for entry and communication with Charlena was perfect and very quick. This is probably the best equipped Airbnb my wife and I have ever been in. There is every cooking utensil that you could want and plenty of plates, etc. Excellent washer and dryer facilities. Community pool. Can't say enough good things about this place. There is a nice restaurant with friendly staff and smaller grocery store downstairs. The grocery store has a lot of essentials but, not a huge selection. The beach is a quick 5 min (or less) drive or 10-15 min walk. Sodas and restaurants are also nearby. Everyone is super friendly in the area. There is only one aspect that some people may not prefer. The location is out in a rural area. If you need a gas station or a better stocked grocery store you'll need to drive ~20-30 mins to Tamarindo or Santa Ana. This didn't bother us but, it may bother others.

Charlena's condo is perfect! Spacious and well appointed. Everything you need. Easy 15 minute stroll to the beach. The complex is quiet and secure. The little grocery store on site is super convenient and the new little restaurant downstairs is excellent. Communication with Charlena, both before our visit, and during, was quick and easy. Thanks so much for sharing your corner of paradise with us!
