La paz y la tranquilidad le esperan en esta lujosa villa de estilo español con vista al océano Pacífico y al dosel de la selva que se extiende debajo. Esta casa completamente renovada y construida a la medida cuenta con cuatro habitaciones, tres baños completos, maderas locales y piedra natural.
Las brisas de montaña y las amplias vistas rodean la propiedad, ubicada en una de las siete Zonas Azules del mundo. Con vistas desde todos los niveles y numerosos espacios para relajarse y revitalizarse, la villa se encuentra a solo unos minutos de la impresionante playa Carrillo.
El espacio
Casa Piña es una villa única de cuatro habitaciones y tres baños completos, ubicada en las montañas sobre la playa Carrillo. Se encuentra aproximadamente a dos horas en automóvil del aeropuerto de Liberia (LIR) y a cuatro horas del aeropuerto de San José (SJO).
La casa se distribuye en cuatro niveles e incluye grandes ventanas que permiten el paso de refrescantes brisas marinas mientras enmarcan las vistas del entorno. La encantadora piscina está rodeada de cómodos muebles de exterior y ofrece vistas al dosel de la selva, el océano, el huerto de frutas y los jardines.

Nivel superior
La suite principal ocupa el nivel superior e incluye un balcón privado con vistas excepcionales. Los asientos cómodos ofrecen un lugar relajante para tomar café por la mañana, mientras que el balcón tiene suficiente espacio para estirarse al amanecer o hacer ejercicio.
Hay pesas y colchonetas de ejercicio disponibles para los huéspedes.
Segundo nivel
El segundo nivel incluye dos habitaciones estilo Jack-and-Jill que comparten el segundo baño completo:

El nivel principal cuenta con:

El área de estar exterior, conocida localmente como “rancho”, se encuentra justo al lado de la sala. Incluye:

- Espacio de comedor para ocho huéspedes
El rancho es un lugar favorito para relajarse después de la cena mientras observa a los monos jugar en los árboles y a los loros volar sobre el dosel.
Suite de huéspedes
Debajo del rancho principal se encuentra una suite de huéspedes independiente con la cuarta habitación y el cuarto de baño. Con dos paredes de puertas de vidrio de piso a techo que se abren completamente al exterior, la espaciosa habitación se siente como una casa en el árbol rodeada de vistas al océano, las montañas y la selva.
Abra las puertas para sumergirse en la naturaleza y disfrutar de los sonidos de la selva. La suite también cuenta con un patio privado con vista a la piscina y al océano, un lugar tranquilo para disfrutar del café costarricense.
Áreas exteriores y jardín
El jardín incluye árboles frutales, plantas medicinales y una variedad de hierbas que los huéspedes pueden usar cuando están en temporada.
Se han replantado muchos árboles y plantas nativos en la propiedad, creando zonas de alimentación para:

- Abejas melíferas mariola
- Dos variedades de monos
- Una gran variedad de aves
Los huéspedes también pueden usar el siguiente equipo de playa:

Servicios
Lidieth, una de las encargadas del cuidado de la propiedad, realiza la limpieza semanal y se asegura de que la ropa de cama y las toallas se mantengan frescas.
Los servicios adicionales dentro de la propiedad incluyen:

- Masajes
- Coordinación y reservación de actividades
El chef privado puede preparar comidas personalizadas con ingredientes cultivados localmente. El desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena pueden reservarse por separado o en cualquier combinación. La información sobre el chef privado está disponible previa solicitud.
Acceso de los huéspedes
Casa Piña está disponible exclusivamente como alquiler de la villa completa. Su grupo será el único huésped en la propiedad.
El personal visita la propiedad semanalmente para limpiar la casa y cuidar la piscina y los terrenos. Las comidas dentro de la propiedad pueden coordinarse con el chef privado.
Toallas y ropa de cama
La villa proporciona:

Información importante
- La tarifa indicada es para seis huéspedes.
- Cada huésped adicional después de seis paga $50 por noche.
- La ocupación máxima es de ocho huéspedes.
- No se permiten mascotas ni fumar.
- La casa no es adecuada para niños menores de seis años ni para huéspedes que puedan tener dificultad para usar escaleras debido a las escaleras y los balcones y terrazas elevados.
- La suite de la casa en el árbol no tiene mosquiteros. Los huéspedes que prefieran evitar los insectos deben cerrar las puertas por la noche.
- Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y ventiladores para mayor comodidad en el clima tropical.
Entorno tropical
Casa Piña se encuentra en un entorno de selva tropical. Los huéspedes pueden encontrarse con insectos, polillas grandes, mariposas, cigarras ruidosas durante la estación seca, monos aulladores y aves y loros que podrían despertarlos al amanecer. La propiedad también alberga una diversidad excepcional de flora y fauna.
La mayoría de los huéspedes visita Costa Rica específicamente para disfrutar de este entorno natural. Por lo general, los insectos no entran a la casa, a menos que se dejen las luces encendidas después del anochecer mientras las puertas o los mosquiteros están abiertos.

Our stay in Casa Piña was great. We had such a wonderful time. The road to reach the house is a little rough and unpaved but so worth it once you reach the top, the house and the views are spectacular.

We stayed for our honeymoon, and it was such a good decision. Elizabeth was a responsive and helpful host. I highly recommend using Chloe for booking any excursions:) Definitely get Carla to come and cook at least one private meal!

Amazing everything. Facilities were as advertised, exceeded expectations. Pool was glorious. Lots of wildlife, howler monkey visits were fun, they hang out in a large tree right next to house but do not come on property. Mornings are particularly active, makes waking up fun again. Chloe is a gem, a 5 star concierge and an even better chef. Chloe made is brunch one day and a gourmet dinner another. Our only regret is not booking her for more meals. Local food is good, but Chloe is better and reasonably priced. Just excellent. She also booked us 3 cool excursions, and restaurant recommendations. We had in-suite massages with Sophia (via Chloe). Highly recommended, and very affordable compared to every other vacation we have been. Sophia is professionally trained and you will notice. The views from villa are stunning, love the furnishings. Outdoor spaces are very relaxing and thoughtfully designed. Book it!!!!!

This is a hidden gem! The location, home, and all the little details made our stay 5/5 stars. Clean, amenities, and Elizabeth was incredibly helpful and responsive. You’re right in the heart of the beautiful forest and a close drive to the beach. Highly recommend.

This home is probably the most incredible Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The views are truly magnificent - beyond description. The hand carved wood and thoughtful architectural details were top notch. My family of 6 felt comfortable and relaxed and spent much of our time out on the rancho. Playa Carrillo is a short drive away for beach days. We all agreed that this spot was just all around amazing. Jaw dropping. Don’t hesitate, book it!

This place was everything we wanted and more! From the beautiful views, to the abundant wildlife, to the stunning pool, my family and I had a truly magical time at Elizabeth’s house. The house was so well appointed and the everything we could need and Elizabeth was incredibly helpful with any of our questions.

Elizabeth was proactive communicating information to us. Her home, Casa Piña, was gorgeous and just as advertised. Elizabeth also allow us to check-in 3 hours early as well. And then there was her daughter Chloe. Chloe continued to check in and see how things were going to see if we needed anything. And when we did, she came through in the clutch. Our original inshore fishing charter cancelled our scheduled trip and Chloe, on short noticed, found us another boat and guide to take us out. And Chloe is an amazing chef. We had her come over the evening of our fishing excursion to prepare the fish we caught that morning. We ate plenty of seafood at the many restaurants in the area and we all agreed that it was Chloe’s meal that was hands down the best. And if anyone in your group wants a massage of a lifetime, Chloe has that covered as well. At her recommendation we had Sophia provide us with massages in house and it was wonderful. Elizabeth and Chloe…WOW, WHAT A TEAM!!!

This home was amazing. The artistic design was so well executed and charming and the location and views were amazing. Unfortunately, we arrived during a tropical storm and had no electricity or hot water at the home or in the surrounding towns. Because the CR power authority could not get the electricity restored, we ended up only staying one of three nights we had originally planned. Elizabeth was understanding, reasonable and helpful in coming to an accommodation on the unused two nights. I would 100% book this home again on a subsequent trip to CR and pray for better weather!

Our stay at Casa Piña was absolutely unforgettable. Elizabeth is a wonderful host; kind, helpful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making her guests feel welcome. She helped make our family vacation truly special. One evening, Chloe prepared dinner for us, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The meal was delicious and allowed us to enjoy a relaxing evening together at the house. The views from Casa Piña are magnificent and a beautiful display of God's creation. What I will cherish most, however, are the incredible mornings spent in the rancho between 5 and 7a.m. Watching the sunrise, listening to nature awaken, and taking in the breathtaking scenery was a slice of heaven that I will never forget. Casa Piña is a special place that provided our family with memories we'll treasure for years to come. We highly recommend it and hope to return someday.

It’s hard to find the right words for an experience like this. The view, the flora, the fauna, the house…we would never get tired of that view. Every time we drove up to the house on the dirt road, we saw something we had not seen before. Loved sitting in the Rancho surrounded by the trees and looking out over the coast. And then there was the food and excursions! Chloe arranged three activities for us through Samara Adventures. Horseback riding, a hike in the Werner Sauter preserve, and an all day trip to the Monteverde Cloud Forest. The guides on each one were warm, welcoming, and very knowledgable. Incredible experiences! Chloe also suggested the Samara Saturday market and that was a great experience too. Not to be missed. Chef Chloe fixed a meal for us the first night. Suffice to say it was so good- local, fresh, artistic, and thoughtfully done- that we hired her to prepare three meals when all was said and done. Just wonderful! We will be back! Thank you very much to everyone!
