A brand new charming and modern Aparthotel with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. Three block walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Puntarenas and downtown Puntarenas. Next to a recently renovated beautiful park. Wifi and air conditioning included. Street-accessible parking in reserved spaces under the building-- protected by security cameras. Private parking is NOT available. The space Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a living room and kitchenette (Microwave and fridge). Guest access Free outdoor parking under the building in reserved spaces-- with cameras for security. For the safety of our residents, private parking is not available. Other things to note - Due to Netflix's latam policy, guests will need to log in with their own accounts in order to stream on the TV. Subsequent guests will not be able to access the account once you check out. -Host is asthmatic so any smoking will be grounds for cancellation and a $300USD smoke mitigation fee. -$30USD replacement fee for stained, broken, or missing linens, bedsheets, pillows, pillowcases, towels, etc. -No noise or loud music after 9:00 pm at night. No parties.

Very dirty vase in the bathroom should definitely be removed completely. Secondary room sheets a little smelly that weren't used long ago, little change. Everything else is fine, same as in the photos, excellent communication

Lots of noises at night. We almost couldn't sleep well being hours of Silence put in the place and the host was opening the door for us 10minutes to check out time. A lack of deep cleaning in the apartment in general.

The counter was sticky and dirty and a drink in the bathroom really very dirty, the backbed was very clean

Joann, a very friendly and personable manager, met us when we arrived by car. The new building is 5 years old with several spacious apartments on the 2nd floor, each with a large bathroom. With free parking onsite, it's three blocks away from the boardwalk, beaches and seashore. Restaurants are nearby. Using an electronic keypad entry with a bolt lock on the inside, it's secure and quiet. With good furniture, two quiet air con units kept the apartment cool and comfortable. However - the address given was a block away and incorrect. Driving around, I found it based on the photo. Joann said she would correct the info. Unfortunately, the cleaning was unacceptable. My fiancée and I were not happy with the dirty bathroom, faucets, kitchen surfaces and sink. The floors needed to be washed. The bed was not the best - although the mattress was on a solid frame, it was too soft. In summary, with corrective action, this is a good place to stay.
