Great apartment, super comfy for a family or 2 couples, just like pics. Parking spot inside is great peace of mind, roof terrace with beatiful pool and awe views. 2 mins walk to the beach and full of restaurants in the area. Music at night from the bars is loud but nothing annoying and would stop 10.30 pm so its super tolerable. I def recommend it

We had a lovely week at Alejandro’s place. Great location in Playa and with the secure and convenient underground parking for our rental car it was a perfect launch pad for going to Tulum, Coba, and Chichen Itza. Groceries and everything you need is a short walk. Apartment was lovely as was the rooftop pool. Music from restaurant downstairs was mostly really pleasant and never went too late to disturb our family. We would stay here again!

Beautiful apartment, great location and cozy feeling building. Good communication with rental manager. Building staff was quite rude to my wife and children however, my son got sand in his eyes on a quick trip to the beach shortly after checkin, and they were quick to come and yell at them for using the outdoor water reserved for building guests. Apart from assuming they were vagrants stealing water for a child in pain, they were disrespectful and lacked empathy, while indeed they were guests whom they had seen checkin 30 minutes prior. Others mentioned restaurants a little loud in living /master until 10-12 depending on day of week, but guest room is internal and quiet if you have little ones. Space is nice and clutter free and tastefully decorated. Apart from the issue with building servants, everything was spectacular. Would rent again 200%

Just as described. Perfect location to explore the beach, 5th Avenue and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Great for families and also for adults for nightlife. The zo zen yogurt was so good and unique and we loved the smoothie bowls and avocado toast at Arcana, both right next to the condo. We had no issues and were given all the necessary information before we had a chance to ask for it

Beautiful place, amazing location, the reviews from past guests are true about noise, but absolutely not a deal breaker for me and my family. If you are staying there with a baby, or bothered by noise, is good to know before booking. the secondary room does NOT face the outdoor party scene so it is quiet. The pool is amazing, great and clean location. car or transportation is not needed as you are close to everything including to the beach. Only reason i would not stay here again is that there is a bunch of competition around same area, same luxury for a cheaper price I do visit Playa del carmen pretty often. Playa del carmen phone service it self its pretty bad, the WIFI at the apartment its no different than outside service, very spotty, but as well for my family and I ABSOLUTELY NOT a deal breaker thank you alejandro for hosting us.

Fantastic location. Comfortable minimalist apartment. Definitely loud at night from the music and sometimes karaoke at surrounding restaurants. It usually ends between 10-11pm though, which is good. This apartment does not come stocked with any starter drinking water or ice so you need to pick some up before you arrive or head out right away to the nearby store which we did once we discovered this. The pool on the roof is very nice. There is no bar or service of any kind up there though so you’ll want to prepare to bring your own drinks. The beach is a very short walk (3 min) and they do supply 2 beach chairs and an umbrella which is very helpful. We enjoyed ourselves here for a short stay.
