Great place would come back

Everything was fine with the cabin. We stayed a few days. I would recommend having a better equipped kitchen for stays longer than 3 days, since it is too basic with what it has. It's a nice touch to have shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms.

A fantastic stay! Communication with David was excellent—fast, responsive, and friendly from booking to checkout. The home was exactly as described: spotless, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring San Juan Del Sur. Incredible value for the price, and we’d definitely stay again!

It was so lovely to stay here. We enjoyed all the birds and riding the bikes down to the beach. The morning chorus of the howler monkeys was wonderful.

David’s casita was very peaceful and exactly what I needed. The interior was very clean. I enjoyed the back porch overlooking the golf course. It was fun getting around on the bicycles!

Awesome host, couple hiccups at arrival out of his control. But in one phone call and a couple texts, issue resolved. Extremely responsive to texts, and was extremely helpful to make sure we were taken care of. Best host thus far. Booking again in 2 months.

The place looks fantastic, it’s very cozy yet open, looks just like the pictures. Host is very responsive and attentive. Would definitely recommend.

I recommend it; the place is quiet, and you have quick access to the beach club and the beach. You can relax by the pool, and you have a peaceful view of the golf course. A good place to unwind with family and relax.
