5BR Villa in Pedregal

This place was a beautiful stay for our group of 9. Check in was easy and the concierge service was incredibly helpful in coordinating airport transfer, a yacht day, purchasing groceries before hand, and more! The home was beautiful, and our chef Bryan was amazing and very attentive. Our maid Roberta was also amazing she kept our space clean. There’s a beautiful beach about 5-7 min walk from the house, it is not swimmable as the water is rough, but it was still nice to sit and listen to the waves crashing. Ubers were easy to use. Overall this was a perfect stay and we had a blast. Would absolutely return

We had an incredible stay! The property was beautiful with amazing views, but what really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely hospitable from start to finish. A special shoutout to Kier the chef + bartender—he was outstanding and made every meal and drink feel like a five-star experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip and would absolutely stay here again!

One of the best properties while in Cabo. The entire team was extremely thorough and friendly, and made the stay better than I could’ve imagined. Pool is perfect for children, and an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. 10/10.

Our family loved Casa Texas! Chef Bryan and Roberta were so attentive and made us feel so comfortable. The home was always spotless and the food was phenomenal! Our kids loved the ping pong table and especially the pool! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation.

The ocean view is easy is to get lost in. The space was very tranquil and the staff was next to none.

Stayed here for a bachelorette party of 12 women, and we all had an absolutely fantastic time! The trip truly could not have gone any better. Even months before our stay, Mike and Vale made planning so much easier by helping with reservations, answering questions, and providing recommendations—it took so much stress out of the process. During our stay, Brian and Roberta completely spoiled us. Even now, two weeks later, we’re still talking about how amazing they were and how much they elevated the entire experience. I was initially a little hesitant about the cost, but compared to what we would have spent dining out for every meal, it was worth every penny. This place—and the entire team—exceeded every expectation. A true 10/10 experience, and I would highly recommend it!

Worth the cost FOR SURE! Stayed with a group of 12 for a bachelorette and we LOVED it! Plenty of space for everyone and beautiful home. We spent most of our time with Kier who was AMAZING. Genuinely made the stay 10x better having him take care of us! Great food and great drinks. Also the housekeeper was equal parts great. It’s amazing coming home from being on the boat or beach all day and having beds made and room tidied up. We were so sad to leave but will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with stunning views. The concierge was a great feature and allowed us to easily arrange bookings, give trusted recommendations, and have transportation constantly on hand. Brian, the chef and bartender, was the absolute best and we left wishing we had a Brian at home. His personality was perfect, always attentive, and his cooking was fantastic and fresh. Roberta was onsite like clockwork at 6am cleaning from the night before. Roberta also helped with laundry and removing stains. Would certainly recommend. We felt safe and loved the facilities from the own pool doors opening all the way to the IV treatments and spa services we were able to book with the concierge to occur in the home. The house has been well used but you don't notice given all the amenities and luxuries.

This was truly the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever stayed at! We came for my bachelorette party! From the moment we arrived and saw whales breaching right from the living room, we knew it was going to be special. Every detail exceeded expectations! Kir, our chef and bartender, was the highlight of the entire trip. The food and drinks were incredible, and he always seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even asked. We will absolutely request Kir when we return. Robeta, our cleaning lady worked tirelessly to keep everything spotless and welcoming, and her care did not go unnoticed. The concierge team was fantastic, helping coordinate excursions and transportation seamlessly. Our driver made us feel completely safe and ensured we arrived everywhere smoothly. Overall, the entire team went above and beyond. We cannot wait to come back!!
