3BR Penthouse in Cancun

Great host—always responsive and helpful. We loved the sunrise from the ocean view in the morning and the beautiful sunsets in the afternoon. The only thing I would point out is that the place is quite far south in the Zona Hotelera and isn’t really walkable, so you’ll need a car or Uber.

An excellent place, with unbeatable views, super cozy, clean, and tidy. With everything to make you feel right at home, but with ocean and lagoon views.

Very accommodating and available host. The accommodation is really very good, spacious and pleasant. We had a great time.

The apartment is perfect and very comfortable for 6 people. The view is very nice from the top floor. Very comfortable beds. Beach access is a 10.

The location of the apartment was wonderful, right in front of the beach with views to the beach and the lagoon. Jose Luis was incredibly fast at responding and solving any issue or question that we had. I would definitely recommend staying at Jose Luis' property.

My family and I really liked the place, it is perfect for large groups and very comfortable, everything works perfectly and if you want to cook at home it is possible because it has everything. It is super close to the beach, it is very quiet and the views are spectacular. There is a restaurant and bus station nearby. Although there are no supermarkets nearby, you can take the bus and in a couple of minutes there are several shops to shop. When we had a problem due to heavy rains or because we lost the key, the host was very helpful and solved the problems effectively and kindly. I highly recommend this place and would return in the future. Thank you very much for everything

Great stay!

Nice apartment with amazing views to the lagoon or sea. It's very good for a big family, plenty of comfy beds, plus you have 4 full bathrooms. Stairs inside the apartment are bit narrow so better not to bring too big or heavy luggage. The area is beautiful and private, not many things walking distance but if you rent a car you can go everywhere as it is well located. I'll definitely come back to this place in future vacations. The hosts responded promptly and were very helpful and flexible.
