The space The property has 2 large rooms, each room has a king bed. The main room has a private bathroom and TV. It has another full bathroom. Complete kitchen with an internal dining room and a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the breeze and sound of the sea while enjoying your favorite drink or food. It has a comfortable TV room. Our space is one of the uniques in the area that offers at your disposal a Jacuzzi Spa perfect for relaxing. The house has parking space for 2 vehicles. For our property we recommend a minimum 4x2 high car. 4x4 is NOT essential but it would definitely be better for the area in general. I don’t recommend this place for “walking distance to the beach “ Hot water only in 1 shower. Guest access The entire house is totally private for the enjoyment of your group. We are located 4 minutes by car from the beach and the center of Santa Teresa. Other things to note The house is located in one of the quietest areas of northern Santa Teresa, close enough to the best beach spots, surf, restaurants, local shops and nightlife, but with the perfect distance for a few days of rest and disconnection.

We enjoyed our stay! The accommodation is well decorated, clean and very nice! Beautiful sea view! The road leading to the accommodation is steep but can be climbed with a small truck. The host was quick to respond to our questions.

This was a good place to stay for a week in Santa Teresa. We loved the easy access to beaches and the town itself, and Alejandro was a kind and very responsive host who proactively dealt with any issues/questions that came up. We personally loved the restaurant Nami (at the base of the hill) and the proximity to Playa Hermosa for swimming and surfing. In line with other reviews, you definitely need a 4-wheel drive, high clearance car for the road up. While we ran into a couple of small issues with the property itself, Alejandro was very quick and considerate in making sure the issues were resolved quickly. Overall, we felt this was a nice place to stay, with kind and communicative hosts.

We loved the house. It was really nice to be a bit away from the main street, which is very noisy. The location was peaceful, with a partial sea view. We could even hear the sound of the waves as well as the howler monkeys in the forest behind.

Everything is just as described in the photos; the hot tub is small but refreshing; it's close to everything but also offers privacy. The view is really nice. The house is small, but the rooms are very spacious. I loved its style. The last part of the driveway is a bit rough for a car.

Well well well. Where do I start. Alejandro’s place was possibly the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The comfiest bed I have ever stayed in (Including my bed at home). Sea view. Lovely hot tub. Great furniture. Super well stocked kitchen, with really handy Tupperware, Moka pot, etc. Alejandro was fantastic. We had a few minor issues during our stay and he was extremely quick to respond and very proactive in getting them sorted. The Airbnb is up the hill off the main “strip” so it gives you quick access to the road but still high enough away to be peaceful. Worth mentioning as others have said, you will 100% need a 4x4 to get to this Airbnb. When we are back in Santa Teresa we will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great experience (between the service and the location). We would highly recommend. Note: you will need an ATV for coming and going (we drove our car up but needed an ATV for day to day use, costs $75 USD a day).
