The condo is located in the heart of Reserva Conchal, an eco-friendly community on one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful white sand beaches with calm, turquoise waters. The property is just steps away from Playa Conchal, a 2.5-kilometer stretch of pristine beach.

Guest Access
Since Reserva Conchal is the owners’ primary residence, the condo is available for rent when they are traveling, typically four to five months per year. Although the owners may be out of the country during your visit, they remain highly accessible via phone and email to assist with any needs.
Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed by friends of the owners. Additionally, the resort’s concierge service is available to answer questions and provide support throughout your stay. Maid service is provided every other day to maintain the condo’s cleanliness and comfort.
Other Things to Note
This condo is the owners’ main home, recently fully remodeled, and contains personal belongings. Guests are kindly asked to treat the property with the same care and respect as they would their own home.
To help guests feel comfortable and at home, the condo is stocked with books, toys, and board games. The owners appreciate your mindfulness and hope you enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Julie and Elad were extremely responsive and helpful in many ways. Their recommendations were great. We ate at the Beach club restaurant multiple times- it was nice to have a close food option in a casual outdoor environment. We also had fun renting a golf cart so we could zip back and forth to the beach from the unit. Having a close pool option was also nice when we had only an hour or so before or after excursions. Great trip overall!

Staying at Julie's place felt very comfortable for our family. The Reserva Conchal facilities, especially the beach, are fantastic. Julie was a wonderful host and I appreciated all our communication. One thing that sets her apart from other options is how much insider information she gave. They are very well connected in the community and are happy to share their knowledge.

Our family had a fantastic vacation. Julie was super helpful as a host. The place had tons of space and had everything we needed. Playa conchal was beautiful: we loved the beach and restaurant at the beach club. the golf course in the community was a nice track with some incredible views and wildlife. we saw 60 monkeys in 1 week at Reserva Conchal!

Julie’s AirBnB is spacious, clean, and thoughtful. Tons of space and beautiful views. Our children really enjoyed the space as it was very warm and inviting. Julie was always available and prompt with replies. She also offered great recommendations. One was a private chef we booked last minute on Julie’s recommendation. She was able to get access on short notice and the meal was fantastic! We all enjoyed the privacy and security of Reserva Conchal and the close proximity to the beach and beach club amenities. Reserva Conchal is an amazing quiet beach great for families and enjoying the sun and water. The beach club was excellent - easy to rent water crafts, enjoy a meal, or swim. We would definitely come back again!

The photos truly don’t do this home justice. Our group of six had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and there was plenty of comfortable seating across the living, dining, and outdoor spaces—perfect for gathering. We loved the nearby hiking trails, easy(ish) walks to the beach club, and close proximity to markets and restaurants. Julie was fantastic—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive—and her local recommendations made the stay even better.

We had two families of four staying over the holidays and had a wonderful time. Julie is an extremely considerate and responsive host, sharing local recommendations and checking in on us throughout our stay. The house is super charming and having it cleaned daily was a huge bonus. The beach club and beach were perfect for the kids and we saw a ton of wildlife walking around Reserva Conchal, including iguanas and monkeys. I would recommend this home and host.

This is a wonderful location to enjoy so much of what is Costa Rica Julie is fantastic to communicate with! She sends a lot of information ahead of time to help with various activities or renting golf, carts, etc. Most of the description of their wonderful home was spot on. It was surprising to find out there weren’t really closets or hangers for those of us who tend to wear dresses or want to hang clothes. We also understood that the walk to the beach was not too far, but even the most fit members of our family took 30 minutes to get to the beach. Once the rental golf carts arrived, that was much easier! If you want to explore areas nearby, a car is really important. We understood that we could take golf carts nearby, but there were little to no golf carts on the road and we do think a car is important to have for this vacation location. This is a beautiful Costa Rican location with a wonderful community with a good beach club. The food at the club was delicious!

Julie was an amazing host and her home was beautiful, cozy, and the perfect oasis for our family. It was super clean and had tons of toys for the kids and games for adults after a long day at the beach. Her house guide had many recommendations for renting golf carts, where to eat, and even how to get fresh baked sourdough! She was super responsive when we had questions. Reserva Conchal and its beach club had tons to offer: swimming pools, yummy food, horses to ride along the beach, and a play area beside the pool for the kiddos. Would definitely recommend for families and would love to go back!
