The place has a lot of potential, especially because of the location. However, the house seems abandoned. Of the three showers, only the one in the backyard works well. The house has openings, so the raccoons enter the house easily and make quite a mess, especially at night, in addition to invading the kitchen garbage can. There is a room that is like a cave and it is too hot and it only has a small fan. The very friendly reception lord. And outside there's a ranch that's the saving grace

Our stay at the property was very pleasant. It is a very quiet place with very good access to the beach. The pool was always clean, and the property's caretaker was very attentive. We recommend it 100%.

The house was quite big. The pool is very nice, always with shade, ideal for children. The patio is very spacious. Perfect beach access. The kitchen was well equipped. It lacks air conditioning because it was quite hot and the fans were not enough. The house looks a little abandoned. A washing machine, even if it's small, would be great, especially if you're going for a few days like us. The upstairs room is very hot. And if it should be closed because the raccoons got into the house. The man who receives you is very kind and attentive.

Highly recommended. The house is beautiful, very nice and cozy. Everything is super central, which makes the walk much more comfortable. The private pool is a hit, with shade, perfect to enjoy at any time. Ideal for family outings and especially for large families. We would definitely go back

In our annual meeting we found a house that had everything necessary and even more, very equipped, both the kitchen and the ranchito by the pool, the best of all was the private exit to the beach, despite the weather we encountered (it almost never stopped raining) we were satisfied and the house made up for it… We hope to return soon, and thank both Alvaro and the caretakers of the house who were very friendly and helpful for what we need.

I have visited this accommodation several times, since I really love the tranquility of the place and it has everything you need for an excellent stay, attentive and accessible host and the people who take care of the place are super attentive and friendly, it has definitely become one of my favorite accommodations in the area 😃
