2BR Condo in Guatemala City

I went to Jose’s location right after my son was released from the hospital with a major illness. When we got to the apartment the place was very dirt, the floors were not clean, there was hair in the showers, the walls and doors were dirty, the kitchen counter has sticky (like some kind of food or drink was spilled), the baseboards were disgusting. The chairs by the counter were ripped. There is no blinds on the living room so the sun hits the sofa at full blast. I messaged him and he send over his cleaning crew. When the lady got there I showed her what I had absorbed and she agreed with me and called her supervisor. I left the apartment and booked at another place. I was probably there for less then 1 hour. I asked him to cancel or refund as I couldn’t stay there with my ill son. Jose still charged me. The communication was very aggressive. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone in the conditions that was in.
