Nice pool and overall beautiful looking place. Near a couple restaurants and pharmacy. You can hear many of the animals and critters around. Overall a nice place but pricing a little high for reasons stated below. It’s 10-15 mins into town. Beach wasn’t as close as I thought . If you can find the small entrance it’s about a 10 min walk. Some things a little outdated and needed fixing for the price. One shower didn’t have hot water, toilets were finicky and screen only windows were coming off. There were two areas that had roof leaks. There is no A/C in the main living, kitchen and bathrooms. Just in the sleeping rooms. However due to bugs and weather you couldn’t open windows because there are no screens . A couple areas only had screens. A little different than expected. Intimidated to have food there and cook with how quickly ants and bugs come in. Not sure this is typical for all places. Would have been beneficial to have washer and dryer for the size and price

House with good amenities and well located (close to beaches) the only issue with the location is that you can hear a lot of noise from the street.

This is try an amazing place in the middle of the jungle and a minute walk to the beach, simy lovely!!

Casa Zen is one of my favorite places in that area. If we found the house to be a little run down. There were four leaks my mom almost broke when she fell because she slipped. My wife fell when a chair broke old. The air conditioners failed a bit. The place is quite expensive to have that kind of inconvenience. Although I must say that they were reported and the next day they were to fix them, but if it seems to me that the price-quality ratio was not the optimal this occasion

The house is very nice and as in the pictures. Kids (13 and 16) enjoyed the pool very much! The restaurants across the street are awesome and even made Pinacoladas in our glasses and prepared the dinner on our plates so we have been able to enjoy it on the beautiful terrace :-) Thanks to Paola and Emma!
