We had a wonderful stay that far exceeded our expectations.The hosts, Felix, Hanna, and Julie, who was always there for us, and the entire team were professional, incredibly hospitable, and very trustworthy.The four bedrooms are each self-contained, offering excellent comfort and privacy.The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a second living area outside where you can enjoy barbecuing.We used Francisco's catering service for four days, and we enjoyed healthy, authentically Costa Rican meals every day!The café Hanna recommended was also lovely.My kids had a great time in the pool at night.Great for all generations, families, couples, and groups!

Stunning upscale home with an awesome pool and gorgeous landscaping. La Playa Grande is a lovely laid back beach town without the crowds of neighboring Tamarindo. So fun to ride the golf cart to some great restaurants and the beautiful beach. Hannah was super communicative and helpful. Fabulous stay!

Amazing amazing amazing. Just book the place already. lol Seriously the house was amazing, so close to the beach, restaurants, store, but still secluded and peaceful. This was probably the best part of our trip. The concierge was amazing as well. So helpful and thoughtful.

First time visiting Costa Rica and we are so happy we chose Hannah’s home. She was extremely helpful and responsive! The home was/is beautiful. The entire family enjoyed the home and Playa Grande. We walked to the beach everyday, surfed, grabbed food, etc. Hannah introduced us to an amazing contact Julie who helped booked tours and a catamaran for us. The home had everything we needed and more. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a peaceful beach town with a top tier host….Hannah is your gal!! Pura Vida

Hannah and Felix were such amazing hosts! Their house is so beautiful and was the perfect place to spend a week with family in Costa Rica. If I could give them 6 stars I would - the best hosts (so proactive) I’ve had in 12 years on Airbnb. I really hope we can return to this spot sometime!

5 stars isn't enough. I'd give it 100 if I could. The house is absolutely amazing. We were a group of 6; 2 singles and 2 couples. The 4 bedroom, 4 bath layout was perfect. The option to use a golf cart to get to local restaurants was great. We had a small issue with the AC on the first night we were there and Hannah was able to get someone there to fix it at 8pm. Honestly I can't say enough good things about the house, the location, and the host. Thank you Hannah for an incredible week in Playa Grande. Pura vida!

We had such an amazing stay at Casa Mavericks. The place itself was beautiful — gorgeous grounds, super comfy beds, and honestly the best-stocked kitchen we’ve ever had in an Airbnb. It made travelling with kids so easy. We loved the outdoor space and also really appreciated the convenience of the golf cart — it made getting around so fun and easy. Hannah was incredible both before and during our stay — so responsive and helpful. She also arranged a mid-week clean for us, which was so appreciated and made a big difference with three kids. We loved Playa Grande. It felt quieter and more relaxed than Tamarindo but still had lots of great restaurants nearby. We travelled with our three kids (3, 5, and 7) and they absolutely loved it. It was the perfect spot for a family trip. Would 100% stay here again — hopefully one day soon

This is an amazing home perfect for the Costa Rica Pacific Coastline, away from the bustle of Tamarindo. The highlights are four individual bedrooms with enclosed but outside showers, all married up to a relaxing pool and outdoor space. The outdoor kitchen was amazing, although we didn't use it. We loved the indoor living and dining enclosure, including having a visiting chef arranged by Julie. The drawbacks include some cooling challenges, which are typical of those on the electrical grid. The golf cart is a nicety, especially for going to the beach, but we ran out of battery at one point, making it a bit of a hassle (we should have kept it fully charged). There are nice restaurants and adequate markets close by. Hannah responds quickly to any concerns and is positive and supportive. Julie is fantastic for arranging excursions. The beach is amazing and maybe one of the best in Costa Rica. It is not close to any larger shopping areas, so I'd come supplied.

The house was perfect, and Hannah was a wonderful host! We would absolutely stay here again and strongly recommend the house for anyone visiting Playa Grande.
