The Space
Ca la Elenita is situated in a privileged location on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Nestled between a mangrove swamp on one side and the ocean on the other, this property offers guests the chance to immerse themselves in the surrounding flora and fauna. During the day, white-faced monkeys often visit, while red macaws feed from the trees as you enjoy breakfast with ocean views. Hummingbirds frequent the flowers around the house, and iguanas can be seen sunbathing on the walls. This setting provides a memorable way to experience the country's natural beauty.
The living room is located on the upper floor and features high wooden ceilings that create a spacious atmosphere. It includes a ceiling fan, armchairs, a sofa, and a cozy corner with a high table and bar stools, perfect for enjoying drinks while overlooking the garden and sea.
On the ground floor, you will find the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances, cooking utensils, and crockery. The dining area has a beautiful tropical wood table with seating for six. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small pantry where the refrigerator is located.
The outdoor space is a highlight of the property. A lush garden filled with tropical flowers and plants surrounds a large pool, ideal for cooling off while enjoying the ocean or sunsets. A covered ranch with tables and benches provides a barbecue area for outdoor dining.

Everything was excellent, both the house and the location seemed spectacular to us, the house has everything you need and even more. The pool is very clean, it has a beautiful ocean view and the host is very friendly and helpful. Both myself and my family look forward to returning soon!

A beautiful house full of details for a vacation. Lucas the host was very friendly, respectful, communicative and cordial. We had a great few days in Tivives. The house is totally recommended, Very grateful for allowing us to stay in this beautiful place.

Playa Tivives was a surprise that we did not expect since it is a small beach, close to San José but beautiful. Yes, it is full of plastic garbage, unfortunately. Although the property is very spacious and has direct access to the beach, it urgently requires basic maintenance. In addition, there was very little water during the stay despite having a tank. Because of this, only the downstairs bathroom could be used, which was the only one that had water. If they manage to work on the areas of improvement mentioned to the owner, we would 100% recommend the place.

The place is beautiful and very comfortable. The house comes with everything you need to have fun. It can be improved in some aspects, such as extending the air conditioning area and some things worn out by coastal erosion. But overall excellent. Thank you very much to Lucas
