Highly recommended. The house is equipped with everything, quite clean as well as the pool, it has all the amenities, easy to get to the place and they are very helpful and friendly. I was fascinated by the place, we will definitely be back soon.

Would you like my honest review? Staying at Seth's place felt like being amongst family. The neighbors are welcoming and friendly. The house is tucked away on a nice street far away from hustle, bustle, and noise. If you hear any noise at all, it'll be the beautiful symphony of the surrounding nature. There are shops, restaurants, and grocery stores close by for convenience. There are plenty of beautiful beaches, close by. Each beach offering a variety of things to explore. If you're a fisherman, this would be the home base. Walk the marina after a delicious meal and observe the rays and beautiful birds above. We stayed here with a lot of kids and it was almost impossible getting them out of the pool. If anything was an issue, Seth was immediately attentive to it. Thank you, Seth!

My family of 5 adults stated a week at Seth’s. We walked to the most beautiful beach in the area - less than 20 minutes one way. - twice a day. Loved it! We could walk to local restaurants and ice-cream. Less than 10 minute drive to Surf Side - a less beautiful beach but more hopping town. Easy half hour drive to other sites. Beds super comfy. Place was clean and simple. Seth was super helpful and available. Bring your kitchen basics as those weren’t available. Would totally come back!

This was my first time visiting Costa Rica and found Seth’s listing appealing. It certainly did not disappoint! It’s a beautifully built home, had really great split AC units so each person could set the air conditioning in their bedrooms to their comfort level. Super comfortable beds, beautiful swimming pool, plenty of outdoor seating for BBQs, relaxing by the pool, etc. we loved sitting at the large island in the well equipped kitchen. Full sized washer and dryer in a real laundry room was awesome. We were so happy there that we extended our stay by 4 days! Super close to the beach and great restaurants! Namely “Forketta” YUM! Seth was available seemingly immediately for any and all of my needs, and accommodated every request. WHAT a star!!! Thanks Seth! I’ll definitely be staying in this house again! 5 stars all the way!!! 🤩
