Excellent accommodation. I stayed with relatives from out of town and we were all very happy with the house and with the service from Eugenia. It has a very good design and many amenities to make your stay easier. In addition, it is in a great location that was very helpful for us to quickly and comfortably reach the places we wanted to visit, and in the house you feel a lot of privacy. I definitely highly recommend this place!

The place is lovely - very much like the pics listed. Nice upgrades and plenty of thoughtful conveniences included. And Eugenia is very communicative and responsive and will quickly handle any issue that arises. My only surprise about the place is that it is on a very busy road. I must have missed this when booking. Note that is conveniently located - you are between popular neighborhoods, and it's a short walk to Paseo de Montejo - but if you are looking for something that is quiet with a neighborhood feel, this is not it.

Very nice place. The house is very well designed for spending a few days relaxing by the pool. The AC in the rooms helps a lot with the intense heat in Mérida. Having the OXXO on the corner and the Walmart very close by is also a huge plus. The hosts' attention was also very timely and friendly.

The house had everything we needed and it was in a great central location! Communication with host was immediate and clear. The only thing that could make the stay better is if there was parking right in front of the property, but that is out of the control of the hosts since that seems to be a city ordinance. recommend this location!

The accommodation is impeccable, just like in the photos. The rooms and bathrooms had all the amenities listed, and the common area was spacious and comfortable. Our group went to Mérida for a medical conference, and the accommodation is across the street from the conference center where it was held. There is an Oxxo a few steps away, so it was very easy to find what we needed. The hospitality and responsiveness of the hosts were outstanding, and we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much 🙏🏼

From the beginning, Eugenia answered our questions. The house was spotless, in an amazing area, with a spectacular design. When we return to Mérida, we would definitely stay here!

The stay at Eugenia's property was impeccable. The house is very nice and just as described. Eugenia's service was very good. She was always attentive and responsive through the chat. If you come with a large group or a family with children, I recommend it 100%

The house is very nice. We had problems because the oven and stove never worked. We had to prepare meals outside. Although the host tried to repair it, he was unable to do so, and we received no compensation for the additional expenses incurred.
