Our stay was great. The host was always attentive. We had some little problems with the Wi-Fi and a bathroom, and they were resolved very quickly. It was a very incredible experience. Everything was as seen in the photos, clean and in good condition. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Overall, the stay is excellent. I love that it's very close to the kiosk, and the service and communication were very good before and during the stay. Two issues I would share are that the pool has no cover, and that means that the water doesn't stay at a good temperature, even though you pay for a heater (although since I went in the hot season, it wasn't a problem and I only asked for a heater one day), and the second is that they have a water pressurizer, which I understand is valuable, but at night it makes a lot of noise and doesn't let you sleep.

The place was okay, we did have few things we were not confortable with. The first night there was not hot water and we noticed there was a closed faucet and we were able to fix it, and two stove burners were not working and a a shower was broken, so it was very unconfortable to receive someone to come in to fix it. But it was nice that they sent someone right away. Hosts were super nice and communicative, but the place looked better in the pictures. We would've liked to have a dining table with enought place for the 12 persons, we could only fix 6 in the inside table and 5 in the outside table, they had more chairs, but we love to be able to sit together and we couldn't. The living room is too small for 12 persons. Rooms were okay, but we didn't know 2 rooms had to share a bathroom. Bathrooms okay, they were clean, but with moisture issues. For 2 nights it was okay. Hosts were super friendly. And the kids loved the pool with warm water, we could even use it at night with fresh weather

Everything was great, especially the communication with the hosts, who were on the lookout the whole time and responded very quickly. There was a lot of flexibility for the check-in and check-out times. Highly recommended!
