Para garantizar la calidad, la seguridad y el cuidado adecuado de la propiedad, únicamente los chefs y proveedores de catering recomendados o aprobados por la administración pueden trabajar en la villa.
Los huéspedes que contraten a un proveedor no aprobado lo hacen bajo su propia responsabilidad. Los propietarios y la administración de la propiedad no se hacen responsables por accidentes, problemas de seguridad alimentaria, fallas en el servicio, daños o pérdidas derivados de proveedores no autorizados.

Our stay at Casa Alegría was wonderful! The entire team made sure to give us recommendations, was always in touch, and ensured that everything was perfect. The place is beautiful, perfect for our group of 8. It is much more beautiful and larger than what you see in the photos, providing enough space to relax, spend time together, and also enjoy privacy. Overall, our stay at this property was positive. It's a beautiful home and relatively close to beaches, restaurants, and other things. The best decision we made regarding the property was to hire one of the chefs they recommended, Yes and Ruben. This made our evenings so care-free and magical. Our concerns with the property had to do with communication. While the team of people staffing the property were quick to respond, some things did not go over well with us. The property describes itself as having treated, potable water, but we learned after arriving -- only after asking a question about it -- that it wasn't true. We ended up having to buy water during our stay. Also, the team was quite stingy with towels and other linens despite having a housekeeper come through daily. They raised an issue directly with us that was really better for them to address with their recommended chef team. At the price point for the property, this seemed odd to us.

Amazing stay. It was defiantly a 10/10! We enjoyed the beautiful architecture and privacy of the home. The plants and decoration were so perfectly allocated. Communication was efficient and all needs were met and exceeded. We will definitely be staying here the next time we stay in Zicatela. Thank you!

Excellent experience and excellent service Our stay was ten. The host of Casa Alegría in Puerto Escondido offers excellent service; he is extremely attentive, helpful and respectful at all times. In addition, the accommodation includes many details and excellent service that make the stay even more comfortable and special. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Escondido. I would definitely come back!

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The photos are very true to life. The area feels very quiet. There is a person who helps you run errands (Kevin), who is super reliable and very attentive The only bad thing is that there is no parking space inside or outside the house, and you have to park one block down. And the bedroom doors don't close from the inside.

Responsive host and very attentive to detail. The house has a beautiful story to tell. If you’re staying make sure to bring bug spray for the rainforest weather bugs and truly embrace the ambience of the town and bring nothing but swimsuits because it’s hot lol
