House Rules
- Be considerate of neighbors
- No smoking inside the property and no littering from balconies
- Parties and disturbances are not allowed
- Keep noise to a minimum between 11 PM and 9 AM
- No additional guests beyond those booked are permitted
- Turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving the property
- Parking is restricted to the designated spot #2603; do not block neighborsâ spaces
- Community speed limit is 15 km/h
- No pets allowed
- Glass containers are prohibited in pool and common areas
- Loud music is not allowed in common areas
- Dispose of garbage in designated chutes; no littering from balconies or in common areas
- Children under 10 must be supervised by an adult in the pool and clubhouse areas
- Use of drones is strictly forbidden
- Violations may result in fines up to $500 USD

This was our second visit to this Airbnb which speaks for itself! The location, views, cleanliness and overall apartment and shared amenities are wonderful. The staff on site are so lovely andnour hosts were super communicative! I would fully recommend this air bnb!

The location is perfect to reach all of the destinations we wanted to visit on the trip. The stores are in a perfect location to get essentials and the views were spectacular Enjoyed the house. Will return. I wish they would add a little more upstairs on the balcony. Hot tubâŚ.

We really enjoyed our stay here whole in Cabo. The place was very clean and exactly as pictured. What an incredible view from the balcony and rooftop with the outdoor fire pit being an added bonus. We also go to use the buildings amenities including pool and gym. Short drive to restaurants and beaches. One of the nicest Airbnbs I have stayed at and would highly recommend!

This is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I have stayed in. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable with a cracking view! Axe property management were very responsive with queries. We have already booked a return visit!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Vista Vela II. The condo was huge, felt safe, and an easy 10-15 minute Uber from the main sites (e.g., public beaches including Medano, the marina, downtown Cabo San Lucas). Being walkable to the grocery store was also very convenient. Just a few things that were less than ideal. The AC unit in the bedroom occasionally made very loud, concerning, cracking sounds that would wake us up at night. We encountered many ants. There was no speaker or snorkeling gear even though those things were supposed to be available per the listing. We ended up purchasing snorkeling gear ourselves. We were however thankful to have the cooler. Finally the hosts (management company) were basically unresponsive and unhelpful with any of our questions. For the price we expected a few less issues, but the issues were relatively minor.

We can't say enough about this wonderful property. We enjoyed the great views from the deck and the roof top patio overlooking the sea. We observed whales daily from the both. The location was convenient to a 24 hour grocery store and a Costco; no need to drive for essentials we just walked over. There were a number of great restaurants within minutes. Metate Cabo, The Italian Job and Sunset Monalisa were some of our favorites. The pools were excellent. We played pickleball on the court almost daily (tennis and padel courts available as well). There were beach chairs, towels and umbrella available for short trips to the many beautiful public beaches nearby. Our hosts were very responsive and we had everything we needed in the property. We would definitely return!

My family loved the place! Wonderful view of Cabo from the balcony and rooftop. Spacious place with everything we needed. We loved the convenience of the Costco and grocery store nearby. I would stay here again next time we visit Cabo.
