Unfortunately, our stay at Villa Bliss in Cabo was extremely disappointing and did not meet our expectations based on the listing. From the moment we arrived, it was apparent that the villa needed significantly more attention when it came to cleanliness and maintenance. There were dirty fingerprints and marks throughout the walls, the couches were visibly stained, and we noticed stains on the beds/bedding as well. The pool was also dirty upon our arrival, which was disappointing considering this was one of the amenities we were looking forward to enjoying during our trip. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Cabo is HOT in August, and having properly functioning A/C is a necessity, not a luxury. The A/C was not working properly when we arrived. Someone was sent out the following day to address the problem, and while it improved slightly, the villa still did not cool adequately. To make matters worse, after the attempted repair, the A/C unit in one of the upstairs bedrooms bega

There are enough rooms for the whole family. There are shopping centers three minutes away. The house has all the amenities and is super large and very comfortable. We had a very comfortable stay with complete privacy.

The house is very big and each room has a bathroom so it was perfect for our number of guests, however the place has a lot of dirt marks on the walls and the towels were stained, and some of the airconditioners were faulty/leaking. Other than that everyone had a lot of space, and the communication was fast and efficient. Best thing about this place is the location!

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The house completely exceeded our expectations: very spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. It has absolutely everything you need, from a very well-equipped kitchen to super comfortable common areas for socializing and relaxing. The rooms were excellent, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was in pristine condition. Also, the location and ambiance of the house made the experience even better. You can really tell that they put a lot of care and attention into every detail. We would definitely stay here again without thinking. Highly recommended for coming with friends, family, or in a group and making the most of your stay.

The accommodation is very nice and, overall, very comfortable, but you can't make noise after 10:00 PM. If you plan to party or have fun, it's not very convenient.

Barbara was great and responsive, although i did unfortunately have many issues during my stay. This house has a great location and much potential. Definitely needs some maintenance done. Hoping the issues are taken care of because as I said, house has lots of potential!
