We enjoy our stay, the house was clean, something that we never have in other rentals that we stayed and we appreciate to know how to care about water with steps displayed in the fridge (that’s so helpful). This home has all the bedrooms in first floor, backyard in front of a community playground, at second floor there is a kitchen and living room, a balcony with chairs and table. We love our weekend in this house. Andrea was very communicative and attentive at all times, 5 stars to her!!!

The house was perfect for our group of 13. The host was quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. The area was safe and a short walk to the beach and the pool. We enjoyed our weekend stay and would stay here again.

our family of 10 absolutely had a great time and were very comfortable. The pool, which was in walking distance, was great and we had a playground in our backyard. The children had a blast. Will will be back!

I highly recommend this place to large groups and families. My family and friends would definitely rebook in the future. Andrea was a treat host, 2nd to none.

Costa Diamanté is an awesome area! This is the third home/airbnb I have booked in Costa Diamanté and here are my thoughts about this one: Strengths: - amazing location! Especially love the park RIGHT in the backyard, so cool! 3 minute walk and on the beach. - Bedrooms: there are so many! We had 11 of us and actually had an unused bedroom. The bunk bed room was a huge hit for our kids. - Responsive hosts: they were amazing at responding and helping us with our needs! Really impressive, positive, and helpful. Areas to consider: - Meals: the kitchen is not very easy to cook in and there is almost no space to store food. I appreciate them having a microwave and toaster oven, but those take up a majority of the kitchen space. We were not trying to make complicated meals but struggled with counter space. It’s not the rental company’s fault, i just think the design is not efficient. - note there is no inside table. We wish there was for air conditioned meals and space to play games at night.

Great stay! Walking distance to the beach. All amenities listed were included and the host also had a binder full of recommendations. Would consider booking again in the future.

Great house in an excellent neighborhood. The house was close to the beach and had a nearby pool. Andrea was very responsive throughout the stay. It was warm outside but the house stayed very cold due to the great AC it had. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family for future stays.
