Great place to stay for a small group

We had the pleasure of staying here with our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Alan (house manager) and the staff made our stay very comfortable from the moment that we arrived. Alan provided excellent recommendations and made sure our needs were accounted for but also let us do things we wanted to do ourselves which was great. This was our first time staying at a home with a stay-in manager and wasn’t sure what to expect, but can honestly say after the fact that I’m very glad we had Alan/Raymond there to help us with everything from front door security (necessary in the area 😅), cooking, helping with some things with the kiddos and just generally being very friendly hosts. The house has a great connection to the colonial past and our group really appreciated the updated amenities (bathroom in every room, etc) and privacy offered to each family in our group. The rooftop terrace was a great spot to watch the hustle and bustle of old town Cartagena from above which was very enjoyable.

Allen and Raymundo service is always above and beyond. It is always to pleasure staying at this location. The place is spacious and clean. I highly recommend staying here.

The house was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location- easy to walk to everything. The staff was amazing and Alan made sure all of our needs were taken care of. He brought us wherever we wanted, gave wonderful recommendations, and made us coffee and delicious breakfast in the morning. The pool was so refreshing after the hot days of walking around. Rooms were clean and full of towels and linens. I highly recommend staying here.

Good hospitality

Trip for the books made special by Alan and Raymundo!! From the minute we stepped into Cartagena to the very end of the trip everything was taken care off. We celebrated a week long bachelorette trip for my bestfriend and our stay was PERFECT. Alan arranged our transportation when we needed it, made breakfast for us a couple times and ensured coffee was ready for us every morning. He even made a couple grocery runs for us and personally walked us to the port a couple times! He constantly checked in with us to make sure all our needs were met. Raymundo waited for us every night until we got home and made sure to make us feel safe! Every time we needed him, he magically showed up! Also Alan’s olive oil chili blend that he made himself was BOMB and he offered it to us with all our meals ! Impeccable stay, amazing time! Book this Airbnb and don’t miss out on top quality service! Alan the house keeper and staff Raymundo were fantastic. Took care of all our needs from pickup to drop off. Arranged everything for us while we were there. Have no hesitation to book the house for a great time. Will do so again myself.

Wonderful place! As advertised! Alan and his team will work tirelessly to make sure your every need is tended to and your security is top priority. We were down for a 40th birthday and had no issues finding plenty of things to do and Alan kept making sure we were content and taken care of. We certainly would not have had the same experience without Alan and his attention to detail.
