The Space
Casa Las Sandalias is a beachfront home with direct access to the Pacific Ocean, offering unobstructed ocean views from the main living area. Enjoy waking up to the sound of waves, relaxing by the private pool, and benefiting from daily cleaning service six days a week.
The house features four bedrooms and is within walking distance to local restaurants and shops, while maintaining a private and secluded atmosphere. Located just one hour from Liberia Airport, you can arrive and be swimming in the pool before sunset.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large island with seating for four, perfect for preparing meals. Next to the kitchen is a dining table that seats eight, which opens into a spacious living room with a sectional sofa and a large-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open completely to showcase stunning views of the ocean, pool, and outdoor dining and seating areas.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two bunk beds, each consisting of a queen bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. A full bathroom is located in the hallway nearby.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king-size bed and two twin beds, along with an en-suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor, each with a king bed, sharing a bathroom in the hallway.
Luxury linens, towels, soaps, and air conditioning are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.

The place was absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better location! We loved hanging or walking on the beach and then coming back to relax in the pool. The shade over the pool from the trees was a nice reprieve from the afternoon heat. We also loved watching the iguanas feed and sun themselves in the trees and roof beside the pool! The house fit all of our needs and all 9 of us loved our week here. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is that we experienced two leaks during our stay, with one recurring. Krain was responsive and got someone out right away, but the follow up was lacking whether it was fixed or not. It also took time to explain our challenges to the Maint. Team that responded each time. While the leaks were impactful on our stay, we still would love to come back as the location, house, and town were absolutely amazing!

¡Un fin de semana en familia espectacular! La casa es supercómoda, simplemente fantástica y muy completa; tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para relajarse y disfrutar al máximo sin preocuparse por nada. La ubicación es excelente y la limpieza del lugar estuvo impecable desde que llegamos. Queremos resaltar especialmente la atención: la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rapidísima y superatenta cada vez que necesitamos algo. Además, el servicio por parte de Nuria fue excelente, lo que hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aún más placentera. Disfrutamos muchísimo, nos relajamos un montón y la pasamos de maravilla. ¡Recomendadísima al 100% para unos días en familia!

El sonido del mar hizo que tuviese unas excelentes vacaciones. Salir y ver ese mágico atardecer y a unos pasos de la playa hicieron que descubriera un lugar increíble, con una atmósfera de atención impecable. Location is amazing, sunsets are the best in the area. The pool is way bigger than it looks in the pictures and actually pretty deep as well which is great! The house is just amazing, tons of beds, rooms, bathrooms, kitchen is excellent with all appliances you'll need (and more!!) there were books to read in the afternoons, board games, you will never get bored. The attention to detail and proactiveness of the host is the best I've had in years. They are very organized and they really want you to feel comfortable and have everything you need. I will definitely come back, and I will highly recommend this host and of course this place.

Our family just returned from an incredible stay at this beach home, and we are already looking at the calendar to figure out when we can come back! From the moment we arrived, the house felt like a true home away from home. Being so close to the water made our daily routine effortless whether we were catching the morning light on the beach or enjoying the sunset from the patio. The layout was perfect for our family of five, providing plenty of space for the kids to explore while giving the adults a beautiful spot to relax. A few highlights from our stay: The Location: You truly can't beat the proximity to the beach. It made those early morning walks and spontaneous swims so easy. The Vibe: The home has such a welcoming, relaxed energy that fits the Costa Rican spirit perfectly. Family-Friendly: It was well-equipped for everything we needed for the kids, making the logistics of an international trip much smoother.

Casa las Sandalias es una propiedad hermosa, limpia, ordenada, con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Siempre tuvimos una respuesta oportuna. Su ubicación es perfecta para cualquier necesidad: playas, supermercados, restaurantes y lo mejor playa Potrero a pocos pasos, literalmente en el jardín. Absolutamente recomendada.

We loved staying at this Airbnb! The location was perfect! We loved being right on the ocean and being able to walk to restaurants and the market. The hosts were great and the space was perfect for our big group and we loved using the boogie boards. Would definitely recommend!
