Onda Beach Estate

Our stay was truly unforgettable from beginning to end. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and full of so much charm, but what made our experience so incredibly special was the level of hospitality and care we received throughout our stay. Then, Oscar. Our butler was everything and more. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at home. He anticipated every little detail, made sure we had everything we needed, and somehow made the experience feel personal rather than simply exceptional service. By the end of our stay, Oscar genuinely felt like family. I actually cried saying goodbye to him, which says everything. It is rare to meet someone who makes such a lasting impression in such a short amount of time. His kindness, warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special, and we will never forget him. This B&B is the kind of place you leave already wanting to come back!

Onda Estate is a special place. From the moment we arrived, we couldn’t believe the views and beach access. Waking up to direct beach access every morning never got old, and it set the tone for the entire trip. We travelled with two infants and a young child, so we came with a long mental checklist of needs. Onda ticked every single box, Pack & Plays for sleeping, high chair, toys, pool floaties, it was all there. Families with little ones, they genuinely have you covered. But what truly elevates Onda is the staff. They don’t just work there, they care. Oscar, in particular, went above and beyond at every turn. He even listened out for the babies while they napped. Every meal was delicious! We looked forward to each sitting. On our last day one child was unwell, staff got us medicine, drove us to the nearest medical center and checked in on us once we were home. True genuine care. Despite that, our stay was fantastic.

If you are thinking about booking Onda, stop thinking and hit book!! Seriously the best vacation we have ever experienced. The setting and facilities are incredible. The layout of the space was great for our group of 10+baby! The house was clean, comfortable, and 5 stars! What really sets this from any other vacation is the staff. That’s right, you have your own team including butler, chef and sous chef, cleaning crew concierge, and more. Mitzy, is the concierge or manager for the location. Need to rent an UTV? Need to snorkel? Need medicine? Need a reservation at a restaurant, she’s your person. She even found us an infant life vest to use during our stay. She made the whole process seamless! Our butler/bartender Oscar was a gem! Every morning he would be there before we woke with coffee going, greeting each of us as we joined him on the beautiful patio or in the kitchen. By day 2 he knew us better than we knew ourselves and had coffee ready our desired approach for all ten of us

Our trip to Onda was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. We never had to lift a finger. The house and surrounding area was super safe and quiet. Our 10, 11 and 14 girls had a great time. The staff included a chef, Chef Pedro, sous chef, Adolfo, Ricardo our butler, a housekeeper and house manager, Mitzi. Pedro cooked amazing homemade meals every day for us and made all our wishes come true. Ricardo was amazing - spoke English very very well - and was there for anything and everything we needed. The girls loved being able to order virgin strawberry daiquiris, pina coladas, Miami vices and dirty monkeys whenever their hearts desired. Our housekeeper went above and beyond - washing and folding all of our laundry daily - and keeping all of our rooms super clean. Mitzi coordinated our driver to and from the airport and all of our activities. We rented a 6 person UTV for the week, had masseuses come one day, rode horses on beach from house and had a photographer come. AMAZING TRIP!!!

Staying at Onda is truly something special. It was exactly what we wanted in searching for a destination. The setting right on the beach is perfect, but the care and service of the entire team was the best we've ever experienced. From recommendations of activities (dune buggy rental is a must!) to restaurant recommendations they helped plan our week with just enough activities. The meals and care from our hosts put it over the top. Every meal prepared was better than the last. Every detail and preference remembered. We left feeling restored, refreshed and cant wait to come back.

Onda is a beautiful, peaceful oasis. We never got tired of that view from sunrise to sunset! The house is beautiful and well equipped and designed to be able to spend a lot of time outside enjoying the property. We had a few windy days but once the wind settled down we were able to swim in the ocean and it was calm and wonderful enough to take our 3 year old granddaughter in with us which we would not be able to do at most beaches in Cabo where the surf is too rough. The staff are amazing, they are so helpful and gracious and efficient. Our butler Fransisco was so fun and felt like an old friend by the time we had to leave. Really the only drawback to Onda is that the location is quite remote and not walking distance to amenities like shops and restaurants. We would rent a vehicle next time so we didn’t have to rely on taxi every time we wanted to venture out and about. But the remote location of Onda is also part of its appeal if you like to escape the hustle and bustle.

Our family of eleven enjoyed our stay at Onda and the staff from booking through transfer to the airport made this an enjoyable and memorable week together. Aaron, the owner was completely helpful in setting up our stay and coordinating with his staff on site. Mitzi, the onsite manager was efficient, charming and available to us for any need or activity on a full time basis. Onda is very private and secluded on its white sand beach just a few minutes from the Four Seasons Hotel with its amenities. It is a special place in a unique location.

My husband and I booked Onda for a week’s celebration of our 20th wedding anniversary with a group of 6 other guests. It can be hard to know if what you’re seeing in photos is too good to be true, but rest assured, everything you see here is the real deal and much more. There simply aren’t enough characters allowed to list all the joys of this place, just book it, and do yourself a favor and book Chef Juan as well!

We had an amazing stay at Onda and would be recommending this gem of a place to our friends and family! The house was just how it was described and it was lovely. Aaron, Mitzi, Chef Juan and his team, were all just amazing to work with and took care of our every question and request. We hired chef Juan’s team and the food was truly spectacular! We went to Milos, Casa de Brassa, Casena and Mozza. Each had its own vibe and was good to check out. Overall a great stay and can’t wait to be back one day!

One of the best vacations we have ever taken. Highlights: beautiful views with whales, sea lions, dolphins every day. Gorgeous sunsets. Aaron’s team arranged for our scuba diving trip to Cabo pulmo, and a whale watching tour with grey whales swimming under and around the boat. Food: Chef Juan’s team (Jaime and Tlaloc) provided stunningly delicious food and brought groceries for us. Definitely recommend!! Hot tub and pool: so gorgeous and fun. Water table available for playing, we used stand up paddle boards (2) every day. House staff: Mitzi and her team were available every day, keeping the house spotless, even with our group of toddlers. Communication with the team was frequent and immediately responsive. Activities: Walks on the beach every day, with superb beach combing. Rooms: casitas and rooms provided lots of space for our three families with parents, teenagers and toddlers. Recommend bringing cash for activities/food services/groceries.
