Casa Perla was unbelievable. It was better than the description. The house had everything you can imagine. All the amenities, location, service etc. we had breakfast prepared for us every morning. I would highly recommend it. We had 14 in the house and not crowded at all. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. We rented golf carts that worked very well.

Casa Perla is an amazing place! We’ve stayed multiple times now for both business stays and vacation stays and it’s always incredible. Great for families and perfect for very small company team retreats.

Incredible home, gorgeous views, top notch service, really can't overstate how great this place was. We booked with less than 24 hours notice and immediately our concierge Pablo contacted us to arrange airport transfer, golf cart rental, excursions. The house itself is spectacular but the level of service is what really stood out. Every morning the maids came and made coffee, cooked breakfast, cleaned the house - which was all included in the price of the booking. Pool staff cleaned the pool daily, maintenance staff immediately took care of the few minor issues we had (ice machine not working, fans not turning off etc). And to top it off the location is near perfect with steps leading down to the beach/ocean depending on tides (the beach directly behind the house is rocky but the nice sandy part is less than a 5 minute walk to the right). 10/10, probably the best Airbnb experience I've ever had.

This place was amazing! The house was perfect and the staff (Glenda and her helper) that made breakfast each day was yummy and such an added bonus! It was a great location at the end of Tamarindo so nice and quiet. Walked along the beach each morning which was beautiful and convenient to lots of spots. Having the golf cart is a must. Pablo was amazing with all the recommendations except the horse back riding! That was a major let down. So do not sign up for the horse back riding through the management company it is horrible! Only downfall on the house was the internet didn’t work almost the entire 7 days so make sure you have your international data plan. That was a big let down and the jazz does not get hot. It gets warm just not hot like a jazz should so those two items for the house was a little bit disappointing for the price we pay but it is still a beautiful house and amazing location!

We had the most amazing experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we booked, the concierge service connected with us and helped plan the perfect bachelorette party for 16 people. Pablo was involved from the start—coordinating airport transportation, golf carts, and our yacht rental, plus giving fantastic restaurant recommendations. He even stocked the house with groceries before our arrival, making everything seamless and stress-free. We enjoyed an incredible authentic Costa Rican meal prepared by local chefs (truly the best meal of the trip!) and every morning, Diana and Glenda treated us to delicious breakfasts before tidying up our rooms. They made us feel so comfortable and pampered the entire stay. Pablo checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect, and it truly was—every detail exceeded our expectations. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, luxurious, and unforgettable stay!

Nice place

Our stay at Casa Perla was wonderful and very family friendly! The house is beautiful and the view is even more spectacular. The pool and pool view of the water were fantastic and we loved walking right down to the beach. Pablo, our host, was great with recommendations and reservations for activities. Pablo arranged to have dinner cooked by a local chef one night at the house and it was delectable. Glenda and Diana made us breakfast each morning that was delicious and kept the house so clean for us. We could walk to town for dinner in the evening. This was one of the best vacations we’ve had! Exceeded expectations!

We had a great vacation at Casa Perla. The house is pure luxury and the property cannot be at a better location. Beautiful infinity pool looking at the ocean and right on the beach in Tamarindo. What a sight to wake up every morning and be refreshed with the views from the house, with morning coffee at the patio overlooking the ocean. Thank you Pablo (concierge) for making our vacation awesome. Communication with Pablo was great from the day he recommended the personal boat, ATV tour and Zipline and all activities were great and our group enjoyed to the max. Last but not the least, a big thank you to the house staff (Brenda, Glenda and Diana) for our amazing daily breakfast and accommodating all the kids requests. If we go back to Tamarindo again, I am sure we will book Casa Perla again, as that has set the standard of luxury for us. Thanks to the home owners who shared this amazing house with us and to Pablo and the house help.
