We had a great stay! The concierge service was amazing and helped us plan a boat day, restaurants, and transportation, which made everything really easy. They were very accommodating, even quickly addressing a small issue with the downstairs fridge and bathroom. The home was clean, spacious, and fit our group of 10 women comfortably. We especially loved the rooftop pool and spent a lot of time there. The location was also perfect, with plenty of shops and places to grab food within walking distance (we walked to get coffee almost every morning!)

This is one of the BEST airbnb experiences I've ever had. I attended for my bachelorette with a group of 10. The house is stunning. Great value for money. Each bedroom is very private and has it's own bathroom. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. Our only small negative is that the bedroom with the 2 single beds can only be accessed from the side of the house and felt very isolated (maybe a pro for some people!). The housekeeping service is very responsive. One of our bathroom sinks was broken day 1 and they came and fixed it on day 2. We were informed on arrival that the downstairs fridge wasn't working, which was fine as we had 2 kitchens and only needed 1. There are many cafes, restaurants, and a grocery store within a few minutes walk. The concierge service via Bach Planner was a huge highlight. They booked shuttles, dinner, boat, and Vesica for us. We worked with them for months leading up to the trip. Highly recommend this villa for groups!

The location was amazing, in a cul de sac and around the corner from a corner store called GoMart that our group of 12 would walk to. Also less than 15 minutes from the Beach Zone which is where we spent most of our evenings out. The concierge was 10/10, phenomenal service. Helped us plan and pre book the entire 3 day weekend so when we arrived it was all very seamless, including ALL transportation. Highly recommend the private chef. We did the BBQ Dinner menu and chose the chicken, steak & salmon and it came with empanadas, guacamole, corn and salad. That was a highlight for sure. One note, if you pre stock groceries make sure you order less than you think. I didn’t know water wasn’t sold in packs so our poor delivery guy filled his car up with hundreds of individual bottles of water, congrats to the next guest. The rooftop was where we spent most of our downtime if there was daylight. My only complaint is that the pool on the ground level doesn’t get much sun, so we hardly used it.

Our stay was great. The staff was always ready to help us or bring us anything we were missing. They were very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We were 5 mid 30s ladies that were celebrating my bachelorette in Tulum. The host was super responsive, helpful. The place itself exceeded our expectations. The concierge through the air bnb was great -- we had a chef, did xel ha, had transportation organized, massages and sound dealing at the air bnb. We felt very safe. A 5 star bachelorette all around. Thanks so much!

overall it was peaceful, clean, and private. nice spaces. we especially loved the rooftop. I'd recommend it for some people for sure. we walked to many restaurants. they are all pretty expensive, but great quality. delightful experience overall. unfortunately, we had mold in two rooms that they had to clean off curtains. also we had issues with the kitchen sink drains. no extra bags for trash or bathroom trash. we asked for a complimentary cleaning (offerered at a nearby Airbnb) and don't get it. seems like they are juggling a little too much. four visits for rte kitchen sink and it was full of water upon leaving.
