Laguna Hotel is a god chose if you trave to Belize on a mid range budget. The hotel is conveniently located about a block and a half from the north end of the strip of beachfront restaurants, bars and grills. We'll move right into the apartment itself. Spacious, comfortable, a little outdated. Lots of sitting and lounging options. It has a perfectly sized kitchen with a small stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and all the kitchenware you need if you're eating in-house. Past the common area is the bedroom and bathroom. Big bedroom with lots of space for your luggage and personal belongings. The bathroom is big . Large, oversized shower, but hot water is limited for 1-2 very short showers. The bedding arrangement was quite comfortable. The mattress was a little on the firmer side but very nice. Remember, this is a budget hotel, so set your expectation accordingly. But, the accommodations you get for the price is nearly unbeatable. In all, this is my highest recommendation.

Just don't do it. Outlets don't work. TV didn't work, view of junkyard, shortage of toilet paper, noisy not the cleanest mold in shower. counter gritty. The bed was so hard I had to take Tylenol before sleeping or wake up in pain. Even then my back hurt. so expensive compared to the beautiful places available for the same price. A stranger called them for us to get in because we were there and nobody was answering to let us in. Nothing provided. Outside our door was a rusty dryer. Find another place
