Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including a private patio furnished with a stylish dining table and four comfortable chairs—ideal for outdoor meals and relaxation.
You can take a dip in the shared pool surrounded by greenery and refresh yourself with the outdoor shower. For added convenience, a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is located near the pool, available to guests at no extra charge.
Security is a top priority at this complex. The premises are securely gated and locked at all times. Additionally, a security guard is on duty from 5:30 pm to 5:30 am, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment throughout your stay.

Frances is a fantastic host, and her place is in the most convenient location in Tamarindo. The supermarket, multiple top notch coffee shops, and dozens of great restaurants are all within less than a minute walk, and the beach is less than a 5 minute walk. Frances was very accommodating and kind and has lots of great pool and beach toys and gear. The pool was fantastic, and the front gate guard was great. We would definitely stay there again with our 3 kids.

Frances's place was perfect for our week long stay in Tamarindo. It's close to the beach and everything you want to do in town. The place itself has great A/C in every room, clean, and has all the amenities. Frances is super kind and always super responsive to questions. Would totally stay here again!

Great location close to the beach, shops and many restaurants. It can be a little noisy with the vibrant night life but well worth the location! Frances was absolutely terrific. We had flight issues and Frances did everything she could to make our trip a memorable one!

We had an amazing vacation! The apartment is in an excellent location—right in the heart of everything, close to the beach and the center of Tamarindo—yet it feels very safe and secure. The pool is a wonderful bonus, and the kids really enjoyed it. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped, and provided plenty of comfortable space for all of us. Florence was fantastic—always available and happy to help us with anything we needed. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Tamarindo was great! Location of condo was ideal as we were able to walk everywhere/ beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. We had all the amenities we needed and the grounds/housekeeper was friendly and worked hard each day to keep things looking nice. Security guard on at night was a nice perk too!

My friends and I stayed here for a week and it was perfect! Frances made us feel so welcome and is delightful to chat with. The location is amazing for walking around town and to the beach, and the common courtyard area has a great pool area and pretty gardens. The apartment is both spacious and comfortable, with all the necessaries for cooking meals, sleeping comfortably, and just hanging out. I highly recommend staying here!

This was a fantastic place to stay for our party of 4 (which could have accommodated up to 6). It was clean, comfortable, and very close to the beach and a ton of great restaurants. The music can be loud at night but a set of earplugs and we slept right through it. We would definitely stay at Frances’ again if we are in the area in the future. Frances herself was very pleasant, accommodating and always responsive. We were all more than happy with the unit and the management of the unit.
