• Parties are prohibited, and quiet hours are enforced from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the terrace
• Pets weighing 5 kilograms or less are permitted
• For daily stays, electrical usage is limited to 40 kWh per day
• For long-term rentals, electricity costs are billed separately based on actual consumption
