Casa Panga Drops es una casa de playa con 4 dormitorios y 4 baños y medio, ubicada justo frente a Playa Panga Drops, el rompiente de arrecife más constante y popular en el sur de Nicaragua, y a solo 5 minutos caminando del rompiente de playa de clase mundial Playa Colorado.
Ubicación y espacio
Nuestra casa está situada dentro de la comunidad privada y cerrada Hacienda Iguana, en la Costa Esmeralda de Nicaragua. Esta espaciosa casa frente al mar de 4500 pies cuadrados se encuentra directamente frente a Playa Panga Drops, uno de los rompientes de arrecife más convenientes y populares del sur de Nicaragua, y a solo 5 minutos a pie del rompiente de playa Playa Colorados, así como del club de playa comunitario, restaurante, bar y piscina.

- 3 amplios dormitorios (2 en el piso superior y 1 en el inferior) y un estudio con kitchenette independiente en la planta baja, totalizando 4 dormitorios

Los dos dormitorios grandes en el piso superior cuentan con un amplio balcón que conecta ambos cuartos y ofrece vistas impresionantes. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, y el segundo dormitorio cuenta con 2 camas tamaño queen.
El dormitorio en la planta baja tiene su propia puerta exterior para fácil acceso y privacidad, con dos camas individuales que pueden unirse con un colchón cómodo para formar una cama king.
El cuarto dormitorio en la planta baja está ubicado en nuestro apartamento, accesible a través de un encantador patio, proporcionando un espacio único y separado para quienes buscan mayor tranquilidad. Esta habitación tiene 2 camas individuales que también pueden unirse para formar una cama king.
Nota: La configuración para los 2 dormitorios en la planta baja puede ser de 2 camas individuales o 1 cama king.
Todas las habitaciones tienen vista al mar, baño privado y clósets. Además, hay dos duchas exteriores.

pictures cannot capture the beauty of this location, the house is perfectly situated on a gorgeous wide long pristine beach with mountains on either end. Casa panga drops is a perfect beach house and the hacienda iguana community is so lovely, casual and with all amenities needed Agatha was a great friendly host and helped arranging transportation for our family of 10. We highly recommend a stay at casa panga drops, it’s a slice of heaven and we hope to return annually. Toledo Family Miami, Florida

It was great staying at Agas. Aga was super responsive with suggestions and everything that we needed. The ocean views right onto Panga Drops surf breaks and sunset were unbeatable ! Loved our stay immensely. Thanks so much Aga.

Our stay at Casa Panga Drops was absolutely amazing! The view alone is unreal. You’re right in front of the surf, and we spent so much time just watching the waves - some of of surfing, some just enjoy. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. Aga was incredible, so organized and helpful with everything from airport rides to taxis to local contacts for fresh fish. Her son Kai showed us around the local surf spots, and his lovely girlfriend Sara, who owns Espacio Café, was such a treat to meet too. We had the best lattes there, and her mom Resalba made us such lovely jewelry using shells we found on the beach ourselves. The daily house cleaner was a total dream and she even did the dishes and laundry, which made the stay feel so effortless. The landscaper was super kind too and even cut fresh coconuts for us right from the yard! Everyone we met was genuinely so lovely and made the trip feel extra special. We are so overwhelmingly grateful for this place!!!!!

3 couples so the 3 bedrooms were perfect. Awesome location, the pool was a great addition. Iguanas offers all we needed from restaurants to some forgotten supplies.

It’s difficult to put how absolutely magical this retreat was for my bachelor party but I’ll do my best below. Aga was the most responsive, communicative and gracious host. Her property has absolutely everything you would need for a true, relaxing getaway. I traveled down with 4 friends for a bachelor party week and am so happy that I did. From the stunning views of Panga Drops LITERALLY right out front the back slider, to the beautiful pool, spacious home, to lounge areas everywhere, the list goes on and on. This property is immaculate and will do the trick if you’re looking to unplug and relax. If working is your thing, the WiFi worked super well but dare you to paddle out and let the ambiance of the beautiful place to truly take over. I will be back and 100% recommend staying at Casa Panga Drops to everyone! There aren’t enough good things I can say about this place. Will be missing it deeply until my return.
