Casa Marmol le invita a relajarse con una margarita en la playa, leer un buen libro, nadar en la piscina privada o tomar una siesta al ritmo relajante de las olas.
Ubicada en el tranquilo complejo residencial Playacar, la casa está a menos de tres minutos en automóvil de supermercados, restaurantes, campos de golf, instalaciones de tenis, una ciclovía y otros servicios.

Claudine’s home is located in a private residence that in it self is amazing. There are Mayan Ruins as your driving towards her house that you can spend hours exploring. The home is also located walking distance from the Cozumel ferry which is right in the heart of Playa del Carmen. I would definitely recommend getting her house for a family who consist of all ages, there is something to do here for everyone. I want to thank Claudine for opening up her doors to my Family and I hope to go back soon. Once again Muchisimas Gracias por todo Claudine y Maria 🙏🏽 Que Dios las sigua bendiciendo.

The view and proximity to the beach sold us on Claudine's property and they did not disappoint. We rented bikes and had no problem accessing the market and restaurants of Playa Del Carmen. Best chill vacation we've ever had. Thank you, Claudine!

Location right on the beach was fantastic! Amazing views and patio to enjoy. Check in was easy and Claudine was very responsive to every question. Maria was fabulous and addressed anything we needed. Will definitely be back!

House facing the sea that requires a complete renovation and very far from the photos!! Floors in poor condition, kitchen with dirty fridge, obsolete dishwasher, dirty and very noisy, oven ditto, very old kitchen utensils... plates and glasses not there (we bought glasses!!) - bathrooms from another era, rusty and one filled with butterflies every morning because of a broken window, rusty taps, 5' wait per shower to get hot water (an ecological heresy!!) broken baseboards, swimming pool where every morning you pick up bits of the facade that have fallen in (dangerous!!), In short, it's totally unacceptable given the price (€6000/week in August...) at this point some would say it's a rip-off and a real scam! Last point: house that unfortunately suffers from the presence of sargassum: in fact, impossible to bathe in the sea, terrace and pool inaccessible because of the permanent smell of rotten egg!!! We left as soon as we could!

A location and architecture of the house are extraordinary. The house is a little rundown works very well for a few days at the beach.
