The Space

Relax in a peaceful, elegant, and family-friendly beach house located within the private community of Malaga Bejuco. The house is finely furnished and offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three air conditioners. It includes a dresser and thoughtful details throughout.

Bedrooms

• Master Bedroom: Features a queen-size bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and a spacious closet.
• Second Bedroom: Contains a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. Additionally, there is a trundle bed available if needed. This room also has air conditioning and a TV.

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are comfortable and fully equipped for refreshing showers.

Living Room

The living area includes a TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, and HBO Max. It offers a comfortable sofa, strong air conditioning, and a workspace.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is fully equipped with:

• Electric stove
• Microwave oven
• Large refrigerator
• Coffee maker
• Blender
• Toaster
• Complete set of utensils including pans, pots, plates, glasses, cups, spoons, forks, and knives

A high table with seating for four allows you to enjoy your meals comfortably.

Patio

The patio features a cozy gazebo with a fan, perfect for reading or spending the evening relaxing with a glass of wine and music.

Location and Community

The house is situated on Agapanto Street within Malaga Bejuco, a gated community offering 24/7 security. The community amenities include:

• Five swimming pools (totaling 600 meters)
• Beach access (650 meters away)
• Tennis courts
• Basketball and soccer fields
• Several playgrounds

Parking is available for two vehicles directly in front of the house. Visitor parking lots are also available near the main hall for those driving to the beach.

Guest Access and Security

To enter and navigate the community, guests will receive bracelets at check-in which must be worn at all times. These are required for access to the beach, pools, and when leaving the condominium.

Guests are expected to adhere to community guidelines, including:

• Observing speed limits while driving
• Parking only in designated areas
• Respecting quiet hours to maintain a peaceful environment

Additional Information

The property has two water tanks located in the garden and patio, with a combined capacity of 1,700 liters. These tanks help mitigate water shortages, especially during the dry season. Although they generally suffice, occasional water shortages may occur. In such cases, guests should contact the host to coordinate water delivery via tanker truck.
