Our stay was incredible, from the check in staff at Oceana to the amenities listed in the description, location and apartment complex are very safe, you feel very secure when walking the grounds even at night!! Lots do to around, easy access to Mamitas Beach Club, two blocks from 5ta Avenida and great restaurants!! We would definitely stay here again! Only downside was there was no washer but there is a laundromat right around the corner and their turnaround time was very impressive…Can’t wait to be back soon !!

This place is AMAZING! Excellent location, great amenities, friendly concierge. Jorge was a great host, super responsive and went above and beyond with everything. We loved the proximity to all of the great restaurants, Mamitas Beach, 5th Avenue and shopping. The cherry on top is the complimentary access to Mamitas Beach Club for our every day beach chairs and umbrella. Highly recommend staying here, we’ll be back for sure! Outstanding!

Great stay at Playa Del Carmen! This is a perfect location for a stay in PDC! For ease with directions, tell your taxi driver to go to Mamita’s Beach club - apartment is one block in front it (building name is Oceana) The top deck is the selling point! Private Jacuzzi/pool is great to relax in after a hot day on the beach or playing golf. This area is very safe and you can walk to the beach, pharmacy, and probably about 200 different restaurants. Every utensil you will need if you want to cook your meals. Again, highly recommend this place and will be back as well.

Best place to stay in Playa del Carmen! From the beginning Jorge Antonio was always available to our queries and indicated everything very detailed! The apartment is very bright, the rooms are each large with its own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. El rooftop belle to enjoy the sun! The complex has a pool and gym and people are very friendly They also have access to Mamitas Beach! I would definitely stay here again!
