The Space

Welcome to Matapalo #605 at the Diria Resort, a luxurious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo located on the 6th floor with stunning ocean views. Situated just 150 yards from Tamarindo Beach, this property offers breathtaking vistas from nearly every room, including views of the 10,000-square-foot lagoon-style pool with a swim-up bar.

The condo has been extensively renovated to provide a modern and comfortable atmosphere, featuring beach-inspired colors and tasteful decor. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors open to a balcony overlooking lush forest greenery and the ocean, creating an inviting space to relax.

The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining areas encourage seamless interaction. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a full set of utensils, dishes, and silverware for 12 guests. It also includes a generous supply of cooking and baking pots, pans, and a hand mixer. The dining table seats up to six people with ocean views.

The living room offers an L-shaped sofa that can comfortably seat guests and converts into a large bed for two. A half bathroom is conveniently located in this area.

The master bedroom features a designer canopy king-size bed and a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two queen-size beds and a private, sizable bathroom. A travel crib is available upon request through the concierge team, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Additional amenities include a large-capacity washer and dryer, full air conditioning, high-speed internet, smart TVs with cable, and free secure parking. Complimentary items provided are rice, flour, pasta, salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, soap, beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and inflatable aqua lounges.

Resort Access and Amenities

As a condo guest, you have exclusive access to the 10,000-square-foot free-form pool located directly in front of the property. You can also enjoy access to Tamarindo Beach through the Diria Resort grounds, as well as the resort’s shops and restaurants.

Please note that other hotel amenities such as towels, the Tropicana pool, lounge chairs, and gym are reserved for hotel guests only. Pool and beach towels, along with foldable chairs, are provided free of charge for your use within the condo area.

To ensure security, guests aged 12 and older must wear a resort bracelet. Prior to arrival, the concierge will request the full names and passport photos of all guests to prepare these bracelets in advance.

This condo is perfectly situated in the heart of Tamarindo, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and various activities. Tamarindo Beach, famous for its surf and beauty, is only 150 yards away.

Booking and Policies

• Rates vary depending on season and holidays. Please use the online booking calendar for an accurate quote.
• Sales tax is 13%.
• A rental processing fee of USD 50 applies (tax exempt).

Cancellation Policy

• Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made at least 60 days before arrival may receive a credit for future stays.
• If canceled more than 60 days in advance and the property is re-rented at the same rate, a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee will be issued.
• No refunds are given for holiday weeks, early departures, late arrivals, or no-shows.
• Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• Travel insurance is recommended for last-minute cancellations.

Deposit Policy

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve the property, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
• A valid credit card is required for the security deposit authorization, which is released upon satisfactory checkout. No charges are made unless there is damage or missing items.

• Breakfast buffet is not included but available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
• Identification of the person who made the reservation must be presented at check-in for security purposes.
