Potrero Hills Costa Rica

I enjoyed staying at Evelyn's place and would definitely return next time I am in the area! The home is very welcoming and thoughtfully designed, the pool and outdoor space make it even better! Truly exceptional place to stay!

Lovely stay for our first time in Costa Rica. Potrero is quiet, you will need a vehicle to get to local places such as the supermarket and other restaurants, but still close to everything if you drive. The house is beautiful, and clean and we really enjoyed all the birds

Incredible stay! This is hands down the best-equipped accommodation we have ever been to. The hosts thought of absolutely everything, including uncommon amenities you don't usually find, like Bluetooth speakers and great pool accessories. The property is incredibly vast, the view is magnificent, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Highly recommended!

This place is pure tranquility. Just enough off the beaten path to feel secluded, and yet a 7 minute drive from the town, restaurants and beaches. We quickly learned to relax. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There was beer and ice cold water waiting for our arrival. The pool was fabulous, and perfect to relax in and take the edge off the 38C days. We spent many hours enjoying nature. Bird life and iguanas are plentiful. Evelyn even picked up a copy of Birds of Costa Rica when she found out I loved birdwatching. I've left it there for future guests to enjoy, because it was so useful! We didn't see dogs, bit a very friendly cat dropped by on our last nigh,uch to our delight. Appreciate that part of the proceeds of this rental go towards dog rescue.

Absolutely gorgeous. Incredible stay, everything was perfect and would 100% recommend and stay here again. We spent hours in the infinity pool listening to the birds and watching the lizards run around. Will be dreaming of this place and can’t wait to be back.

Un véritable havre de paix!

Nos ha encantado! La casa es preciosa, decorada con mucho gusto y tiene todo lo necesario para alojarse en ella. El exterior también es perfecto. La piscina un gustazo, con tumbonas y todo lo necesario para poder relajarte (y con vistas muy gustosas!!) Está muy cerquita de varias playas, zona de restauración y bares de copas. Además, han sido muy amables con nosotros dando las indicaciones necesarias para poder llegar sin problema y siempre atentos. Muchas gracias Evelyn y Manrique!! 🥰

Muy lindo el lugar, cerca de las playas, se disfrutó mucho la piscina, un lugar privado y tranquilo, con todas las comodidades. Súper recomendado!

Valió totalmente. Es hermoso, tal cual se veía en las fotos. Hay playas cercanas muy lindas pero igualmente podrías pasar todo el día en la casa escuchando pájaros y disfrutando de la tranquilidad en la piscina. Pudimos llevar a nuestros perros y ellos con todo ese espacio pudieron explorar, correr y también relajarse. Evelyn y Manrique atendieron a nuestras dudas de forma inmediata cuando lo necesitamos. Sin duda regresaríamos mil veces más.

You just can’t go wrong staying here! Great location to explore surrounding areas like Catalinas, brasilito and Tamarindo of course. Lots of stuff to do, beaches to visit and restaurants to explore. The house is sublime. From the moment you drive up you know it’s something special. Then you see the view and you know you scored! The house is stunning - just beautiful. The hosts are great, and the small touches they leave in the house makes you feel they truly care. A welcome drink, pool toys for the kids, binoculars for bird watchers, etc. Just fantastic people and a great property. I’ve stayed in dozens of airbnb’s and this one is by far in my Top 3. Enjoy this property if you can!
