Casa Arcadia is very nice and has a spectacular view. The bedrooms are spacious and each has a bathroom. The pool looks bigger in the pictures. The area is very quiet.

Our stay was 5 out of 5, excellent in every way. The property is beautiful, stylish and very well maintained. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the house also has simply unbeatable views of the bay. We took incredible photographs thanks to the spectacular nature of the place. The location is ideal, practically halfway between the Costera Miguel Alemán and the Playa Diamante and La Bonfil area, which makes it very easy to get to both sides of Acapulco. The air conditioners in all the rooms and the beds feel practically new, which made our stay even more comfortable and pleasant. We also want to highlight the service provided by Arturo, the owner or manager, and by Monica, who takes care of the cleaning. Both were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful during our stay. Without a doubt, it is a property that is already among our favorites and that we will keep in mind for future visits. 100% recommended.

The house is beautiful, with a beautiful view, but the maintenance is terrible. It's a shame for such a great house. The sheets were stained. A lot of deep cleaning is needed, because they do it, but only superficially. There were many cockroach eggs. The pool handrail was loose. Honestly, for the cost, you think everything will be impeccable, but sadly it's not. We woke up with bed bugs. I read the comments about the cleaning, but I thought they weren't real, since I experienced it. It's a shame that they were real. It's a great shame, because the view is beautiful, but that's all it has. I hope they take action on the matter.

Very nice view of the bay. The place was clean. It’s an open concept home so the AC is only in the bedrooms. Would stay again.
