The Space
Altos de Colorado is a brand new luxuriously appointed estate located on the sand in the golf course community of Hacienda Iguana, just west of Tola, Nicaragua. The property boasts 8,000 square feet of living space on over a quarter acre of beachfront land. The house sits directly in front of the world-class surf spot Playa Colorado and is just down the beach from Ponga Drops, another great surf spot.

The house is super comfortable, with a pool overlooking the ocean that allows you to see incredible sunsets. The service and housekeeping was excellent . I would definitely come back and recommend the stay.

If you surf this is the dream! The photos say it all. The house is wonderful. Right on. Colorados and a few houses away from the beach club even though there is no need to go anywhere. Best place ever can’t recommend enough
