It's a spectacular place. I had a dream getaway with my children in Playa Maderas.

Highly recommend! Some of the most beautiful views! The pool was nice and clean, the house is extremely spacious and very clean.

The place is spectacular, the house is lovely, the view is beautiful, everything is clean and tidy. Brian is very communicative, helpful, and attentive. Definitely 10/10. My family and I are planning to return soon.

Our stay at Casa Paraiso was amazing! The view is incredible and relaxing. The pool was a must after coming up the hill from the beach. (It is cleaned everday which was really appreciated) Brian is an incredible host, we had the chance to have him around as he lives nearby. He answered all our questions very quickly and even made some appreciated recommandations for restaurants and cool spots. He and his dog Columba came to visit us and were both very friendly. Brian made this our most appreciated Airbnb experience so far. Do not hesitate to book this place if you are looking for a perfect getaway in Maderas! We would come back without hesitation!

One of the nicest Airbnb apartments we've ever had. Stunning views, huge living area, well-equipped kitchen, lovely roof terrace, right in the woods in a quiet residential area. About a 10-minute walk from the beach (note: steep path). Motorcycle recommended – easy to rent in San Juan del Sur. Brian was very accommodating and helpful. We will be back.

Friendly host, for a friendly place nicely located

A highlight of our trip to Nicaragua, and Brian is really very kind. I highly recommend this wonderful Airbnb. Plus, we were accompanied by howler monkeys every day, a nice bonus 😊

10/10! One of the nicest air b and bs I’ve ever booked. The sunset is absolutely amazing from the balcony. The beach is within walking distances. Brian was extremely helpful and quick to respond. He met us at the home to show us around. My girlfriend and I enjoyed everything we rarely left because it was the perfect place to relax and spend our time. I’ll be back! There was even a puzzle which gave us a fun project while we relaxed and enjoyed the scenery.

Brian is a great host. He is very attentive and helpful. The accommodation is really nice and very clean. If we are ever in Nicaragua again, we would most likely book this accommodation again.

Brian is a wonderful host. Proactive, always responsive and a great guy to talk with. He helped us out with a backup battery to power the router during black-outs. He provided lots of good advice on the food scene and what is happening in the area. He included a house cleaning since we were staying longer than a week. The appartment was exactly what we were looking for: spacious, great view, good AC, wel equiped kitchen, clean, good shower. It looks exactly like in the pictures. It is within walking distance of the beach, and embedded in nature. The howlers and birds are right outside. We had a wonderful experience here. If we visit again, we definitely want to stay with Brian.
