Quiet beachfront condo at the far north end of Iguana. You can watch surfers at Panga Drops from the balcony. Everything was as in the description and in the photos - you are literally steps from either the beach or the pool. From the condo you can walk on the beach to the taqueria at Rancho Santana or Pili's Kitchen at the Iguana beach club, but to reach the rest of Iguana you probably need to rent a bike, a golf cart or a car. We had a car, so we stopped at a La Colonia market on the way in and were able to take advantage of the well equipped kitchen for some meals. The power went out in all of Iguana one night but a Get Nica rep brought us some candles and a lighter. It was a pleasant stay and we will return.

Wonderful location right on the beach. Inside was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. This place has a great large, corner patio as well. We spent our time down on the beach bodyboarding. The hosts are very responsive, the location is excellent and we hope to come back again very soon. Thanks for a fantastic weekend!

Love staying here. The location is extremely convenient so peaceful. It was a minute or less walking to the beach and the pool. The view is unmatched.

The villa was even better than the pictures. View was incredible. Host very responsible. Would highly recommend this spot if you’re considering staying in the area!

Beautiful location on the beach. Great balcony to hear the waves. Very clean but a little dated.
