Diciembre 2025 - Ten en cuenta que el Puerto Paraíso Mall está en proceso de renovación en el segundo nivel cerca del área de estacionamiento. Las actividades de construcción, incluyendo remoción, demolición y albañilería, se realizarán de 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. También puede haber limpieza nocturna y retiro de escombros.
Ofrecemos una tarifa significativamente reducida por esta situación, pero ten presente que puede haber ruido o molestias durante tu estancia.
Acceso de huéspedes
Tendrás el condominio completo a tu disposición. Paraiso Residences ofrece personal de concierge y seguridad 24 horas, con acceso privado en elevador y gimnasio con vistas espectaculares a la marina.
Otras consideraciones
- Puerto Paraíso realiza renovaciones ligeras en el segundo nivel, de 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m., con posible limpieza nocturna ocasional. Se hacen esfuerzos para minimizar molestias.
- No se permiten mascotas. Si viajas con mascota o perro de servicio, avísanos para ayudarte a encontrar alojamiento adecuado. No se aceptan mascotas sin aviso previo.

The rental is itself is fantastic! It’s clean, spacious and comfortable with an amazing LARGE outdoor deck and view of the Marina. It has everything you need and feels like a home away from home. It is walkable to the beach, shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. We also appreciated the level of security and felt safe there. We didn’t need to rent a car, but did use uber a few times to get to Costco and Palmilla beach. Unfortunately since it is in the heart of Cabo it is very noisy! There is also construction underway and loud music at night, so bring ear plugs for sleeping. We did however love the people watching from the balcony. Maria and Gaby were very helpful and friendly hosts. Their guidebook has a lot of helpful recommendations.

Great location if you want to stay in the heart of Cabo. Just a few steps downstairs and you are in the marina with lots of shops and restaurants. The property is on the fourth floor of the mall with an incredible food store which is also very convenient. If you walk out the back door, you’re a short walk from Medano Beach(swimmable) and where the party is at. The condo is spotless and has a great balcony, which is peaceful in the morning and lively at night.

My girlfriend and I stayed here on our first trip to Cabo together and it was honestly the perfect spot for our vacation. The location is amazing — right by the marina — so we could walk everywhere. Tons of restaurants, bars, and places like Squid Roe were just a short walk away, which made the whole trip really easy and fun. The place itself was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. It felt comfortable right away and had great amenities that made it feel like a real vacation spot. The host was also super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question, which made everything smooth from check-in to checkout. Overall this was the perfect home base for our trip. If you want to stay somewhere central in Cabo where you can walk to the marina, great restaurants, and nightlife, this is a great place to stay. Would definitely come back.

We (wife, adult daughter and me) enjoyed our stay. For those who want to be where the action is in Cabo, the residence is ideally situated. It has a very nice view of the marina and we enjoyed the deck. The management company was very friendly and flexible, and allowed us to check in a couple hours early.
