This Condominium is located right in the middle of town. You can enjoy the central location, restaurants, shopping centers, super markets, the beach is just 3 blocks away. It is a perfect for everybody. The condos are fully equipped. 24 security. The space The condos have 2 bedrooms with king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 twins in the guest bedroom. There is a second bathroom with bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and drier, living room, patio or balcony, the condo size is 1400sqf. We have first floor and second floors available. If require any floor in particular please specify while booking. If not we will assign what it is available. All the Condos have the same layout. They follow the same standard. We provide housekeeping every other day as part of the price!! Guest access Pool, BBQ area, wet bar, parking lot, WIFI. PETS are not allowed. Other things to note The best tours are in Jaco beach. Also, you will find a lot of places to eat. Electric is not included on monthly rentals.

That was my second time staying at one of Cristian places. The friendliness never stop, from the host down to the security was great. Place is very quiet and family friendly. don't need a car plenty of restaurants and bar at a walking distance. I would definitely go back and always look for Cristian to see if he has any openings first. Thank you

The Monte Carlo is an amazing place. My partner and I stayed for a full month and did not want to leave. Cristian, Karen, and the rest of the front office staff were phenomenal. Nelson, Marlon, and Martin at the front gate were always friendly and on the spot. Nelson made us feel like we were at home, spending time with a favorite uncle. We’ll probably miss him the most. Beach so close, your feet were still wet by the time you got to the gate. Quick walk to all of the restaurants that Jaco has to offer, yet far enough to get none of the noise of main street. During our stay we met dozens upon dozens of people who have been coming to the Monte Carlo for decades…that’s the greatest review a resort can have. Already planning our next stay!! Thanks Cristian!

Cristian is a very meticulous manager. He clearly communicated what he expects from his guests and will ask you to comply with the agreed upon terms of you don’t.

The Monte Carlo gated community is a true hidden gem! It is centrally located and close to all the best Jàco beach bars, shops and restaurants. The pool was great for both couples and families and it looks just like it does in the pictures! The other tenants were very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and well kept and the girls working in the front office were very easy to deal with when/if we needed anything. The security guards, Neilson, Angeles and Rudy were all so pleasant and really made you feel secure. This place is the perfect get away for anyone and I would highly recommend it! We really enjoyed our time and hope to be back soon!

Great place behind secure gates and right off the strip in Jaco! Excellent for anyone looking for a private and spacious apartment for a vacation in beautiful Costa Rica!
