The Space

This custom home is perched in the Bella Vista neighborhood of Rancho Santana and boasts dramatic views of the ocean and mountains. Incredible sunsets over the Pacific Ocean can be enjoyed each night from the expansive outdoor living area that overlooks the sparkling infinity pool.

This is a listing for a homestay where you will be sharing the estate with the owners and their children. Renters have their own private structure featuring:

• 2 bedrooms
• 1 bathroom

The kitchen, garden, barbecue, and swimming pool are shared spaces with the owner and their two children.

We do not allow parties, late-night music, or loud behavior.

Guest Access

It is important to enter the correct number of guests when completing your booking. Like many rentals, we charge an additional fee for more than two guests.

• If the reservation is for 2 people, only one bedroom will be prepared.
• If it is for 3 or more people, the additional guest room will be prepared.

If you booked for only 2 people but have more, please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare the additional bedrooms. Children are not counted as additional guests as long as they can be accommodated in the same bedroom with their parents (an extra mattress can be provided if necessary).
