Our family of 12 absolutely LOVED staying at the Penthouse at Avalon. The staff was terrific, the view magnificent and the apartment had so much room. We will be back!

Rented this property for my 17 friends and it blew everyones minds. Close enough to the parties and still private enough that its not disturbing at night. Full time staff and concierge there to help with everything you need. It was nice to be able to eat meals all together at one big table. Views were the best in the city.

Hector did an excellent job of admission, the penthouse is very nice, some bedrooms do not have good air conditioning, the food is good but not excellent, the view is beautiful but you have to stay away from the railing, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the bartender is not there all the time but he is very good for food. I sent a list of the number of people and they bought many things. I told him that if it was possible to buy and Martha, the manager, told me no because it was in a single purchase and I left too much food and drinks. It was too much money that stayed there. We also had a really bad experience. Martha got us a yacht to go for a ride and one of the employees stole a cell phone from us. She was supposed to see how the owner responded to us, but I didn't hear from her. She didn't even check us out at the last minute. She sent me a message saying that it was complicated. That has nothing to do with the house, but in the end, we were guided by their advice. In general, it was good.

You MUST stay here, you won’t regret it. Absolutely stunning place with a gorgeous view of the city; the photos do not do it justice. The staff were extremely attentive and absolutely wonderful. The area itself is very peaceful and secure, and the building has amazing amenities as well. A+++++, would stay here again in a heartbeat

This is the nicest stay in Puerto Vallarta, the place is immaculate. I absolutely loved every moment of my stay. The concierge, Martha, was incredible, she made planning a breeze. I would love to return again someday.

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb and it was just as amazing as the first. The pictures do not do this place justice. The views are unmatched, the staff are incredibly nice and hardworking, and the dinners and breakfast made for us made us feel right at home. My friends and I highly recommend staying here!!

This was an amazing stay for my fiance and I and all of our friends. It is an incredibly beautiful home and we have never experienced anywhere so luxurious, comfortable and beautiful, especially with such a big group(16 people). The staff was fantastic, very friendly and kind, and gave us excellent recommendations and accommodations. The food was absolutely amazing, Santos is an excellent chef and everyone was amazed at how good everything was. Thank you so much to all the staff and to the owners for providing such a perfect place for us to stay.

The most incredible and beautiful piece of property I have ever set foot in. Our group was blown away by the sheer size of this penthouse. More than this, the staff on property were unbelievably kind and willing to cater to any need that we had. We had some difficult requests and no eyelid was batted, they made everything work and then some. I could not recommend this place to anyone enough. 5 stars doesn’t do it justice. If you find this penthouse available, book it right away
